Here are the facts; order placed on 11÷24÷15. Needed to receive it by the promised 6 to 9 days… did not. What is really upsetting about this company is that they NEVER answer their phone and their«live Chat» is really an email, BUT no one responds to that either. I have left over 20 voice mails and 30 emails. I finally received my order on 12/19…my daughter’s birthday was on 12⁄10. I will never do business with them again. SHOUTOUTTOPUGSTER; IT’S ALWAYSABOUTCUSTOMERSERVICE&YOUHAVENONE. SHAMEONYOU.

I placed an order on 12/12, it was charged to my account on 12/14, and have yet to receive the order. I have called, emailed and even tried Live Chat, but I get no answer. When you call you get that the call cannot be completed at this time. Don’t know if they went out of business or what, but I don’t have my gift. Guess I will have re-buy somewhere else, and have the bank reverse the charge.

I recently placed an order with Pugster, and I did not receive one of the items, however, it was charged to my account. On the receipt I received with my order, the item was crossed off but never refunded. This needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY, and if they really are located in Pasadena, CA. the shipment should not have taken as long as it did as I am in Glendale, CA. There are quite a lot of people being ripped off here with no one to turn to for returns or customer service. The reviews really say it all.
