This review is long overdue. I’ve brought several phones with them before. Wayyy back when I had my Samsung skyrocket S2 (what’s that? Lol) and they were called something else — my son dropped it and cracked the screen. I remember bringing it and stuttering (as if I was in trouble for breaking the screen) and he already knew. Gave me a quick reasonable quote and I picked up the phone in an hour. They’re awesome. I also brought in my mom’s cell phone and asked them to transfer the files from the phone to a USB flash and he charged $ 20. It was a lot of files and at the time there was no «cloud» so it was awesome and convenient that they did that. They are my go-​to for all my cell phone needs.

What a fantastic experience I just had at reboot in Pasadena. Customer service was perfect! They fixed the broken screen on my phone within the promised 45 minutes. Happy with the outcome and I’ll be visiting again, soon.

This is my second time working with these folks, and they continue to provide excellent service at fair prices. They were able to fix an iPad of mine without having to replace the screen, so it saved me about 50 bucks. Definitely recommend them and will continue to do business with them as life gets in the way of pristine devices.

This is my go to place to fix my phone. I’ve been here 3 times, once with cracked screen, once with a phone split in half, third was my moms cracked phone. They saved me every time. Gotta stop breaking these phones…

My iPhone 6 screen was cracked pretty badly and within thirty minutes, it was repaired. Eugene checked that many other components of my phone were working and tried his best to fix any issues I was having with the phone. He totally went above and beyond!

Based on the recommendation of a local computer company, I went with my mom to get her battery replaced on her iphone 5. The battery was previously dying in a few hours, so it was time it was replaced.
$ 35 dollars later and in less than an hour, the battery in the iphone 5 now lasts a full day and then some (depending on usage). My mom is very happy now!

Congratulations for outstanding service and for saving me lots of money by fixing two of my cell phones on three separate occasions.

Shattered the glass on my iPhone 5s 3 weeks before contract renewal (and a new phone). The reboot guys finished repairs within 30 mins, the repairs were high quality and I actually saved money because the cost of repair was less than the trade-​in value I received for a repaired phone. I’ve also repaired 3 phones for an old employer at this location, highly recommend.
PS. they even have guest wifi so you can hang out and surf while you’re waiting.

I dropped my Iphone 5S and shattered my screen :(, so after putting off getting it fixed for 3 days I decided to give in. Dropped my phone off around 2PM and it was fixed by 2:30PM the same day. I used the Unilocal offer so total price was $ 90. This is the lowest rate in the area. Very professional staff. If I ever break my phone again, and its highly likely, I will come back here.
Reboot also offers a 90 guarantee! Not for physical damage though so if you drop your phone again you’ll have to shell out another $ 90.

I needed to get my iPhone camera lens cleaned because there was so much dust particles in it that I couldn’t take a clear picture for the life of me. And that’s super hard for this Unilocaler. Thankfully they are able to clean it here since the folks in the mall refused to.
The staff tested the phone completely prior to going in to clean it. He wanted to let me know what was working and not working on the phone which I get that he didn’t want me to blame him for anything. Watching him test it was kinda neat.
The guy that sits in the back near the restroom who I assume is the owner doesn’t seem to help or care about much. As I stand there talking to the staff another customer walks in and the owner guy doesn’t acknowledge the new customer. He remains seated and let’s the other staff deal with everyone. That’s why I didn’t give this place 5 stars.
Overall, I would recommend Unilocalers to come here if they need any assistance with their phones. They’ve changed many cracked screens in their day.
