I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rivas-​Plata for several years and he has been the best doctor I’ve ever had. He really takes time to understand his patients medical needs and is very thorough with his recommendations. He has really earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend him and hope he continues to stay with health care partners for many more years!

For many years I was a patient of the Glendale Physician Alliance Medical Group and never got taken care of like they took care of me today at Healthcare Partners Medical Group in Pasadena. Dr. Chong & Dr. Rivas-​Plata are so efficient. I called my Dr’s office, left a msg for Dr. Chong and got a call back by Dr. Chong himself to let me know my medication was ready at my pharmacy to pick up. I picked up my medication went back home & already feeling great! The best thing about all this is that it all happened within 1 ½ hours. The staff is great!

The Doctor is in! He is very supportive and easy to talk to. The office gets back to me very quickly, and his compassion and concern are authentic and appreciated. The staff always forwards my info the the pharmacy, and when I call with a concern make an appointment the same day. He makes going to the doctor very easy — listening to my concerns, he referred me to a dietician and I have lost 25 lbs.

Doesn’t call back. Has the worst staff!!! They say that the doctor sent the prescription to my pharmacy. The pharmacy said they never got itl! After a whole day of calling the doctor’s office and the pharmacy, I get a call at 530p from his office. I got my medicine at 430p! Plus you have to pay for parking!
