Richard’s Oil Burner Service

Our oil burner stopped working during a very cold week. I called Richard’s Oil Burner Service, and Richard himself showed up at our door on the weekend, explaining that he works every day and that there was no cost for this assessment. Within minutes, he diagnosed our problem and offered to order and procure the part and be back ASAP to install it. True to his word, he returned early in the week and completely repaired the boiler, even remitting part of the estimated cost back to us because he didn’t really need to use all the parts.
Richard is absolutely wonderful, trustworthy, honest, hard working, and most of all knowledgeable. I would never call anyone else again to look at my heating or air conditioning problems. Call Richard. He’s the best.

I called and scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. I called and called and finally got an answer. They stated they would show up the next day. They never showed. This happened for 3 days. Now they will not answer the phone. I do not recommend this company at all. They are very nice on the phone, however that does not help when they failed to show up to fix your problem.
