I just ordered from this location and even though the order was correct on the screen… it’s completely wrong now that I’m back at work! To think I paid extra for what’s missing on my sandwich… I’ll NEVER go to this place again. There’s always an issue. I guess I should just learn to expect that working in Pasadena.

Well i must agree with this other review, they are lazy & apprently they must have arthuritus at this one too bc they squeeze ur limon in your limon berry slush either!

Lazy lazy lazy. I understand that you are busy but the service was really crappy. I get that half price shakes is the busiest but, I don’t that you should be that rude to a paying customer.
The car hop comes out and says «2 shakes?» And tell her yep. She says «payed with card?» I said yep. She hands me the the shakes and doesn’t tell us what they were and walked away.
Not to mention that NEITHER of the shakes were what they were supposed to be… :{
I don’t think that I have ever been treated that way at freaking sonic even if it is a little busy…
