Really pleased with my service, my technician, Rick, just left and my Speed Queen washer is ready to do its job. A minor miracle, it seems like, since none of the repair company’s listed on the Speed Queen website would work in La Porte, despite the fact that I was within service range; actually the dealer I bought it from that promised me they service their machines failed to deliver.
Since it was a new machine, the issue unsuprisingly was the fault of the manufacturer, but they weren’t willing to fix it. Rick really pulled my fat out of the fire, and he showed up well within the appointment window to do it too. He also before he came. At this point, I am definitely repeat business.
