My go-to place to hang out with friends, both local and visiting! I always get the BBQ Smokehouse burger and it’s always juicy and perfectly cooked! Would definitely recommend!

Came here after a long long time. We got our seats right away which is pretty good, well it’s on Wed night which is not as crowded as weekend. I love their da Vinci, but I tried new dishes, Cajun Jambalaya pasta. Huge portion with kicking flavor! Having dinner at cheesecake factory isn’t valid til we order the cheesecake. LoL! 1 slice of 30th anniversary cake and 1 slice of kahlua kahlua cocoal coffee cheesecake. NYAM! SUGAROVERLOAD! The server is so friendly! I forget her name tho :(

Great service! Me and my boyfriend came here for our first date 3 years ago and we might go back for our anniversary. Love the cheesecake of course! The food is always good and the service is always fast. We will return soon!

I always order the Pasta da Vinci. I love the flavoring and you can’t go wrong with pasta. However, I decided to try something new for lunch. I ordered the everything pizza(toppings: sausage, pepperoni, peppers, onions and mozzarella) with a soup on the side. The pizza was average. It did have a crunch to it but I would rather go elsewhere for pizza. The soup of the day was the tortilla soup which was also average. At least I still had the Honey Wheat Brown Bread with butter — it’s seriously the best bread ever! I think I’ll just stick to my regular order of Pasta da Vinci in the future.

This is a review on the service rather than the food(which is usually pretty good and consistent). During the holiday’s, I visited with gift cards. When my meal was finished, I inserted two gifts cards to cover most of the food and placed my credit card in back of them. I unfortunately did not notice that my credit card was not returned to me. When I came back into the restaurant about 10 minutes later and explained the situation to the manager, all she did was advise me that her servers are always great about returning credit cards. At no point did she offer to look for it other than look through a few credit card folders at the station near our table. I must assume that if the gift cards were scanned and then tossed, my credit card would have also been discarded along with the gift cards? We left and had to report our credit card as stolen and wait 8 days for a new one.

First time at Cheesecake Factory tonight after living in old town area for 2 years. Unfortunately it was highly disappointing. We waited for 30 mins for a table, which is understandable considering it was Friday night. However, once seated we continued to wait another 30 mins before the waiter ever tried to offer a cocktail, appetizer, anything(and we love cocktails — which would’ve increased the serves tip/bill greatly). At that point we realized how the service would be for the rest of the night and told him no thanks we were leaving. Perhaps it wasn’t his fault, they were extremely busy. But the restaurant needs a better system if they want to attract and keep customers.

Just by writing this review, I want to go to Cheesecake Factory for dinner tonight!!! It’s been a long while since I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory and every time I go, I always love it. Without skipping a beat, my friend and I always order the following: Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms: I just love everything about this dish, from the tender juicy chicken to the sweet marsala/mushroom sauce. Chinese Chicken Salad: This is the«it» salad for me at Cheesecake. They have tons of other delicious salads but this is the one for me. This location can get really crowded and parking is not that fun but if all that bothers you, just think of getting a slice of the Vanilla Bean cheesecake for dessert and it will melt all your stress away.

I’m left with no words with the service I received at this location because there was no service at all. I have never gotten such poor service in my entire life. ¼/16 I visited this location around 9:00pm with a friend after a long day of shopping. We were seated right away in the smallest table when we carried 3 extra large shoppers. Note that there’s an entire back section with larger tables and seats that are«blocked». Our host let us that our server will be with us momentarily. We ended up waiting at the table for over 30mins and no one ever came. A few waiters walked pass by and made eye contact with me but no one said a word to us. Not even offering us water. We got up and left feeling extremely livid and disappointed. Sad to say that I will never return again nor to recommend this place to anyone I know.

This Cheesecake Factory is always packed! It is not surprising to see the crowd of waiting people go out the door here, especially at dinner time. It is pretty crazy, especially considering how much seating they have available inside. It is a large restaurant! Parking is either street parking or one of the public parking lots; the one I usually park at is just a block away on Green. The last time I came here, I was with JC and we were seated at a table on the Fair Oaks side, with large windows letting in a ton of natural light. My favourite part about coming to The Cheesecake Factory is their complimentary bread! I usually always love white bread more than brown bread, but this place is the exception. Both breads are delicious, but there is something extra addicting about the brown bread. So good! My friend ordered an omelette with potatoes and even more brown bread! I don’t remember which omelette she got but she liked it. I just ate a few of her potatoes and that was it. I ordered their BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad: Avocado, Tomato, Grilled Corn, Black Beans, Cucumber and Romaine All Tossed with Our Barbeque Ranch Dressing; Topped with Lots of Crispy Fried Onion Strings for Crunch. It was really good! Next time I would get it without black beans, but I liked everything else. I really liked that they added onion strings to the salad, yum! The portion sizes here are large so I had enough salad leftover to bring home. Combine that with the leftover bread from our second basket and I had enough for another meal. I have to admit that I was not always a big fan of this chain restaurant, but I have since changed my tune and now I love it. I would come back just for that bread alone…

The service here SUCKS. Stick a fork in me because I’m done with this location. I’ve given them a few chances and the last visit was my last. I came for my favorite turkey burger and was told they«might» be out. I asked the server to check, he went to check and came back and said, yes, out of turkey burgers. I later spoke to a manager who said they’ve been out at every restaurant for a few months. They were also out of the dark bread. We shared a chicken quesadilla because there was nothing else I really wanted. Once the server saw we werent ordering a huge lunch, he basically ignored us. Sorry CF, we wont be back.

It is always hot and delicious and the wait is never too long. I usually come on the weekdays. I had their crusted chicken romano and it was really a good sized dish. It was their lunch special too.

A good place to get your grub on if the wait isn’t longer than 30 minutes, which is almost never… I came here with a party of 8, and the wait was atrocious. They quoted us around hour, it ended up being two… I wasn’t feeling adventurous so I just got the Classic Burger with cheddar cheese. It’s a typical burger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, and sauce served with a side of French fries. Large portioned and juicy, not a bad choice for those not in the mood for pasta or anything else. I also stole a bit of my friends steak Diane with shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta substituted for the mashed potatoes. The steak was juicy and tender and the shrimp scampi was full of flavor, not too salty. For dessert we decided on a chocoate mousse cheesecake. Now normally I’m not a fan of cheesecake at all, but holy crap the chocolate mousse was the perfect way to end the meal. Food is a solid 4 stars, but I have to subtract a star for the absurd wait time. Located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena between the crosshairs of Fair Oaks and Colorado, parking can suck depending on the time of day and day of the week. There are a few parking structures located in the vicinity but they can fill up often.

I’ve been to this Cheesecake Factory so many times but this visit was pretty bad. Don’t get me wrong I love the food at cheesecake factory so many options and good for all types of food and they have an amazing selection. The reason I gave this visit a 3 stars because the service was really bad. Our server just forgot about us the whole time. I really wanted to leave no tip but that is really wrong. We finally got someone else to help us. On a happy note get the dulce de leche or the pumpkin cheesecake it’s so good !

I came here to have lunch with the docs. It was three block away from work, so we just walked over here. This is one of many restaurants in the vicinity. We were seated immediately. We got our drinks, and the delicious dark brown bread. I ordered the filet mignon, with a size of broccoli. My meal was so so. I did not like how the filet mignon tasted. It seemed a bit too salted, and the cut was not right. There is not much to expect from the taste of broccoli, other than the Parmesan cheese I requested on top added a nice taste to it. The service was alright, but they need to prepare their filet mignon better. I asked for rare, but I got more of a medium/well. I never eat steak in any way other than rare. It was over-salted, and lacking in flavor. Come on, people, up your game.

Lots of food choices, good for big groups too. They don’t take reservations. Service varies from great to bad… all depends on who you get. Same with the food. Some of the food is great, other food is just ok. I like the Tuscan Chicken, most the salads, and the lettuce warps. My aunt and uncle like the chicken marsala. Cheesecake of course is pretty good too. And I love the bread they bring too, especially the brown bread. Not the place to go for an amazing meal or something fancy, but for a meal out it’s okay.

Do not go here! I just came by to pick up 3 cheesecakes. The pick up took 20 minutes, and there was really only one couple in front of me! I just got home to eat my cheesecake that I had waited so long, and drove so far for. There’s freaking hair in the cheesecake and the whip cream!!! How disgusting is this?! $ 26 for cheesecakes with hair in it! I have platinum blonde hair, so you know this isn’t my hair! Im so disgusted I barely took one bite and a chunk of hair was in my bite! I want to throw up! I wasted gas and time, to get these disgusting cheesecakes! Do not eat here! Don’t waste your money! Service is rude, food is tainted with nasty strangers hair, no just no. This is not acceptable, not for a pretty pricey restaurant.

To management, I rarely file complaint because I was from restaurant business, but this time I really have no patient, at all! pls find my complaint below. 1. Server didn’t bring the bread even my appetizer already came. She said she would get me some, until I have to eye watching her«3 times», then«finally» she remember 2. No follow up our table at all. No refill nor take the empty plate away I was so glad the server who was took over during her break(I forgot her name), she helped us do the refill, plus another sever who just«walked by», she helped us took the empty plate away. Pls note, the tips I gave is for those 2 person, who help us out, not for the server Alyssa, who basically didn’t provide any service. Thx for your attention!

First and Foremost, did you know they have HAPPYHOUR here at the Pasadena location 4p-6p. I took sis here for her birthday dinner the other weekend. The restaurant was a mirror image of the city that night: busy and chaotic. Complimentary breads(french and squaw?) are served warm and with pats of butter. We ordered: — AVOCADOEGGROLL Seriously. This is the best appetizer here. It sounds grossly ick but don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it. The sweet tamarind sauce is such a winner here. — STEAKDIANEANDSHRIMPSCAMPI Sis said the steak was nice and tender(prepared medium plus). The mashed potatoes were more like smashed potatoes. — SHRIMPSCAMPIANDCHICKENMADEIRA The chicken madeira is smothered with mozzarella and a beautiful sweet dark madeira wine sauce. The shrimp scampi is pretty yums as well. The breaded large shrimp is pan fried and then covered in this delicious garlic sauce. I wish they’d leave out the breading as it becomes a bit gummy/thick after it sits in the sauce too long. — MANGOKEYLIMECHEESECAKE Nice and tart. I’m not sure if this is a new item. Make sure to ask for extra whip cream. I had whispered to the waitress before the meal that it was sis’ bday. She said they only give out a free sundae(?) or something? It was loud in the restaurant so maybe I misheard. I told her that would be great but I’d like to order a slice of cheesecake(that I would pay for). We didn’t get the free sundae but did appreciated the decorated cheesecake plate and the waitresses singing happy birthday to sis. The Cheesecake Factory is a fun place to have a meal if you don’t mind the wait, chaos, and overall busy-ness of this place. Service and food tends to be consistent so that’s always a plus. Don’t forget about their Happy Hour —

What has happened to Cheesecake Factory? I have dined at this location here and there when I was in high school(that was 10 – 15 years ago). But have dined at other Cheesecake Factory locations over the years and am sad to see that the food quality has gone down hill within the last few years. Anyways, on my most recent visit to this location(yesterday afternoon around 2 pm for a late light lunch), my husband and I were seated at a small table near the kitchen. These are the items we ordered: Vietnamese Shrimp Summer Rolls, $ 10.95 prior to tax– My husband wanted something light since he had a big(late) breakfast and decided upon these spring rolls. I had low expectations for these spring rolls because with an American restaurant making spring rolls, I just had a feeling they wouldn’t be good. And well, my suspicions were correct. These 3 rolls(pretty expensive for 3) were poorly wrapped and the wrong type of noodles were used in them. Also these summer rolls are supposed to have shrimp. Only one roll had 1 shrimp and the other 2 had none. I did like the peanut flavored sauce and the sweet chili sauce that came with the rolls though(these are the same sauces that come with the Thai Lettuce Wraps, which my husband should have ordered in the first place because that actually taste good, although it is not a light appetizer). Luau Salad(Lunch portion), $ 10.95 prior to tax– The lunch portion size(you can order lunch portions until 5 pm) is actually a good size for one person(I shared part of my salad with my husband). The presentation of this salad was pretty. It comes with 2 large fried won ton pieces. It isn’t exactly healthy so I didn’t finish it. Whenever I order a salad, I always order for the dressing to be on the side. In this salad, there are pieces of mango, cucumber slices, sliced bell peppers, green beans, macadamia nuts and sesame seeds. The sweetness of the mango was good enough that this salad didn’t need the dressing(I had a little of the dressing and it does go well with the salad, just in case you are someone who just has to have dressing on your salad). I love the different textures, flavors and crunch. Strawberry Lemonade, $ 3.95 prior to tax– This lemonade was pretty bad. The lemonade tasted too sour and tasted as if rotten fruit was made with it. When we got a 2nd glass, it still had the same taste. The reason being was that our server just ladled out the drink from a large container that was already premade(so our 1st glass wouldn’t taste any different from the 2nd until someone makes a new batch… but I bet it will still taste the same). — — — — — — — — — — (Total= $ 34.95 after tax and tip) Service was just average and really could have been better attentive(especially it being in the late afternoon when the restaurant was not busy). Food was not that great, especially for the price. Do not see ourselves coming back here.
