At first glance, this place looks awesome. It’s spacious, very clean. All I got was a plain manicure. I didn’t know beforehand that a manicure was $ 12 with no polish. That’s more than I’ve ever paid to get my cuticles trimmed. The lady who did my manicure wasn’t rude, but she cut my cuticles. Badly. She did offer me a refreshment… After I was bleeding. She also failed to take off all of the nail polish I was wearing when I went in and I had to ask her after she finished to fix it. Someone who was with me asked her if I could get a discount at checkout and she said«sure, a little discount.» The guy who rang me up didn’t seem to care that I was STILLBLEEDING when I left. He didn’t even look at my cuticles. I paid the $ 10(yes, I got a $ 2 discount) because I’m too nice and didn’t want to fight with him in the middle of his establishment. I won’t go back.

Never again. My daughter and I went in for a pedicure each and I need a full set. They left her sitting(7 years old) with her feet in the water for OVER an HOUR. Like who does that? I felt horrible for her. The quality is not great. You can’t get tips here at all. All they have is powder nails, which they can then charge more for. It took us 2 ½ hours on a Monday night to get the services I described. There is no way with a place that large that it should ever take that long. Also they had some kind of hot stone setup behind where my chair was where I was getting a pedicure so people had to keep walking by my chair and push up the tray holding my drink, purse and so I had to hold those things every few minutes when I was just trying to relax. All said and done $ 90 for this trouble. Then the cashier tried to get me to pay in cash by using their ATM. I was like Umm no, she knew we had had bad service and just said sorry. No discount no nothing. That’s OK bc there are plenty of nail salons and I will take my money elsewhere.

Where do I even begin? I have been getting my nails done for many years now. I have tried many places in Houston and I seemed to have found a permanent home to get my nails done. Then, VIP opened. I went to check them out because they were having great sales. Full sets and pedicures were almost half off their normal price. VIP also offers discounts and a happy hour which is considerably much cheaper than their prices. I mean $ 35+ for a set of white tip fake nails? And $ 32 for a pedicure that is pretty basic except they include parafin wax? Well, I’ve gone a few times and they’re so rude. The nails look like trash after a week too. I had to go get a few fixed about 3 days later and she CHARGED me bc the woman who did them originally was busy and didn’t let me know I had to wait for her to get them fixed for free… I will NOT be back

I went to this salon for about six months. I brought my daughters and my daughter-in-law on numerous occasions. So needless to say, my average ticket was about $ 200 with all services. Anyway, from the very first time I went to this salon the receptionist was extremely RUDE. That first time I thought she was just having a bad day. The salon is beautiful. My nails and pedicures were always very nice. Heather the owner does the BEST eyebrows. I regularly asked for the same person to do my manicure and the same person to do my nails. I am a very good tipper because I appreciate good service. Every time I came here I let me my nail stylist David know how rude I thought the receptionist was. Nothing ever changed. The final straw was when I brought my oldest daughter to get a mani/pedi right before the birth of her daughter. I was just getting my nails done, but she wanted pedi, mani and eyebrows. We let the receptionist, who by now recognized me as a regular customer, know what services we wanted and she seated me with David immediately. The shop was very busy so my daughter had to wait to be seated in a pedi chair. After 4 people were seated before my daughter, I finally turned to the receptionist and reminded her my daughter had been waiting some time for her pedicure. She huffed and rolled her eyes at me and seated someone else who walked in the door. That was it for me; that was the straw that broke the camels back! I politely asked David to stop working on my nails and told him I would never be back to this salon again. I WILL not pay my good money for someone to be rude to me! And I certainly will not allow my child to be abused. Worst customer service ever! There are way too many choices of salons to allow people to behave in this manner!

Oops I wrote the review for the wrong spa… I hate when I do that! So here it goes… I was there this morning(CHRISTMAS Eve) and I had the BEST service ever! The spa was very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. Aline gave me the best pedicure ever and Four gave me a beautiful set of nails, exactly what I wanted! My toes and hands look and feel amazing! I can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for the great service, it was a nice way to begin my Christmas holiday! :-)

Reading the reviews I thought it would be a great Birthday gift for my sister-who’s birthday was today 12⁄17. I stopped by a couple days before to purchase a gift certificate. The lady at the front said«Oh, we have a promotion-you can buy a gc for a milk pedicure and you get a free manicure, or buy a $ 50 gc and you get a free $ 10 gc» I took the $ 10 free gc. My sister stopped by today and was told she could not use her gift card until after 12⁄25! WTH-she was told by the front desk that it was because I took a free $ 10 gc with the promotion. I was highly upset and called right away. The person who answered said«yes, she cannot use the gift card until after then» I explained that it was a birthday gift and I was not told that about the date-mind you, the gift card stated it was valid starting 12⁄14(the day I bought it). Money is money, the gift card was paid for– as a 1st time customer-extremely poor customer service. Don’t let the bright lights fool you

Horrible horrible horrible! I won’t go back. I went there two days ago to get a shellac manicure. I wanted to check it out because it is a new nail salon. The salon is pretty fancy but don’t let the looks of the salon fool you. I had about three techs doing my nails and finally the third stayed with me but she was jumping and helping the girl next to me as well. She would do something to my nails really quick and then she would go and do another client and then she would come back and forth and I noticed that with some techs. I didn’t like that very much. The next night I noticed that my polish came off two nails, mind you it was shellac polish, so it should last 2 to 3 weeks. So of course I went to go get it fixed and they had a dry attitude with me, they tried to blame me for the polish coming off, they made it seem that I didn’t get my nails done there, and I told them what number it was and who did my nails. At that point I just wanted to leave but I wanted my nails to be fixed because it was their fault. And to top it off they charged me to get my two nails re-done. I have NEVEREVER been charged to fix something they did wrong. I questioned her about the charge and she told me it was because of shellac, and that’s when I told her I’m not coming back and I’m not going to recommend anybody to this nail salon and of course she starts speaking her language to the other techs and then she tried to use a different excuse on why they needed to charge me I gave them the money and walked out. I am all about second chances even third chances but the way they acted was just not my cup of tea.

Went in for a pedicure today. Very nice place, pretty fancy for a nail salon. Tons of staff. The lady who worked on me was very nice and polite. I think she did a really good job. Why the one star you ask? Well, the employee in my photo was staring at me, laughing at me with another staff member and went so far as to take a photo of me in the chair. A good time was had by all, except me. I guess they have never seen a fat guy get a pedicure before. Just a tip, if you are going to take a sly photo of someone without their permission try and be a little slick about it, maybe silence your phone… like I did! I won’t be back!
