It is… cleaner than the average Walmart? But give it time. Besides that… it is Walmart, and I’ll still drive past it to get to Target. Tried it as it is new, but nothing endearing here. I don’t understand why people shop here when with the 5% off Target Red Card, Target is cheaper. And it is Target(that is, brighter, cleaner, and not inhabited with Walmart ugh).

Really want to give –0– stars. So disappointed. Ordered the 6ft sub for my daughters Baby shower. I order all of them made up, let, onion, mayo, and the lady that helped me said u should get two of them plain(it comes in 612 in subs) cuz some ppl don’t like onions, ect… I said good idea well when I went to pick up the subs none of them were made, all plain. Needless to say I was upset, the girl said she would have to go get a manager if I wanted them made up. It took her over 20 mins to go get a manager. By then I was running late and took the subs as is. plus the lettuce that came with it looked like grass. I bought more lettuce and used their lettuce as decorations. Never will I ever buy anything for a party from Wal-mart again. Almost ruined my day, but I wouldn’t let it.

I purchased Christmas lights from . I tried to return the lights to the Pasadena Walmart, unopened and with receipts on 12−27−15. Customer service said that management said that Christmas items cannot be returned to their store. Although I explained that I had examined Walmart.com’s return policy before driving to the Pasadena store and that return policy allowed returning my purchase to the store until mid-January, this Pasadena store customer service desk refused to do so. I had to mail the item back to to get a refund. I’ll never visit this Walmart again. The neighboring BJ’s will be just fine.

I went to this location on Thanksgiving eve trying to purchase several half gallons of ice cream and Popsicles for the kids at my home for thanksgiving. It was around 8 pm. The MANAGER told me I had to wait in the Black Friday line to purchase the ice cream. When I held the ice cream up and said I only have ice cream she said I had to wait in the line … The lines were to the back of the store AND the self check out was not open to regular customers. Needless to say I handed the manager the ice cream and walked out. I haven’t been back since. They value Black Friday over all smh

It’s just okay. I went two days after opening and had a fantastic experience. The store was clean. Shelves were stocked. Employees were super helpful. Fast forward a week later. The store has succumbed to typical Walmart chaos. The cashier was slow and ignored me while carrying on a conversation with a woman behind me. The children’s clothing shelves were a disaster! I also went Black Friday shopping, but had a fairly good experience. I thoroughly appreciated the large police presence. I really wish there were multiple entrances to the store. The parking lot fills up quick. I was appalled at the food prices. My neighborhood grocery store has better deals. Target has better deals! It’s close and convenient, but hardly worth dealing with a typical Walmart experience.

One star is generous. Too expensive. If target doesn’t have it I don’t need it. Fair life milk… $ 3.19 regular price at target. $ 3.50 at this Wal-Mart. On sale at target $ 3.00! With cartwheel app and 5% savings on my target credit card… this place can’t compete!!! Don’t even bother coming here.

2 stars! Harsh, I know! They just opened yesterday, I will update my review when they fix some of their kinks out. The aisles are smaller than the super walmart in Severn, Their isn’t as much variety. Basically the entire meat and cold food section is an entire cluster bomb. I wanted to look and see what kind of steaks they had and literally had to wait at least 5 minutes because employees and other people were packed in there like sardines. For opening day, the employees did not seem knowledgeable or helpful. I asked one man where chicken nuggets were(the perdue refrigerated ones) and he looked for 30 seconds and then said that they didn’t carry them. About 10 minutes of wandering around later, I found them. The check out woman I had was great but there were people complaining about other check out representatives at the end of the terminals. Get your customer service reps together and get your people on the floor educated. OH, and I’ll put up a picture later. On opening day, they couldn’t even keep up with the bathrooms. Gross!
