I have gone to Wise Care several times. Always a professional staff and Dr. Wiseman addressed my illness immediately. I was treated as a human being and not just another patient. I definitely recommend Wise Care over any other Urgent Care facility! Thank you so very much for your compassion!

They need to work on customer service. If you’re in the medical field, your reaction to someone walking in with an injury(in this case, old and not the reason we were there) should not be to scream«Oh my God, what is going on here!?» That is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Even if he was bleeding from his face, she should hold it together and not draw attention from the entire waiting room to someone’s injury, deformity or, disability. That was completely rude, unprofessional and humiliating.

I was originally very happy to discover that a Wise Care Clinic had opened near my home. With two children it’s nice to have an immediate care clinic so close. That being said, I would urge anyone in a pinch and needing treatment to go to the ER rather than Wise Care. I think you will receive better care by a more experienced physician at an ER or really any other immediate care type clinic. My toddler was seen by a very inexperienced young man who literally told us he was looking up how to treat our child on the internet. Although he was nice he seemed very nervous and unsure of hiself. I literally had to request that he examine my son more than just looking at him from 3 feet away. This obviously didn’t leave us feeling very confident in his diagnosis. Well turns out we had good reason to be unsure, he gave our child the wrong dosage amount of a medication. Thank goodness the pharmacy tech caught the error. Also after leaving we realized the doctor, as the front staff referred to him, was actually a physicians assistant. Clearly, I was upset about these things and I reached out to Wise Care by email to discuss my dissatisfaction before writing this review. After waiting more than a month for someone from Wise Care to contact me and that not happening… I decided to write this review. I understand that mistakes happen and physicians all start somewhere but when something happens the way it is responded to counts.

Well, here I sit with a screaming sick baby waiting for someone with keys to open the place up along with a a few people in scrubs. I assume they don’t have keys. I’ll update after this place actually sees us but not a good start. Update: I was there at 8:17. Well aware of the time it opened. I was the first person there at a little before 8. 3 other people showed up and had to wait for the young man with keys to show up. The 3 people that got there after me were seen first as they rushed the door when the NP? Showed up. Don’t be so presumptuous. Assume your customers aren’t dumb.

I’ve been to the local Urgent Care Clinics(RightTime, Patient First, etc.,) and WiseCare is bar none the best. They’re newish and have a nice waiting room, complete with TV which plays child-appropriate shows or movies. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer primary care in addition to Urgent Care. I don’t feel like part of an assembly line, like I do at the other Urgent Care clinics in the area. I feel like a person. The PAs and Dr. Wiseman really listen and address your concerns. They’re also super fast, so you don’t end up waiting forever. I have epilepsy and they always take that into account when prescribing medication. Since I’ve discovered this gem, I have not gone to RightTime or Patient First, nor do I have any plans to.
