This business is a disaster! They are all smiles upfront but the work they did for me was botched. The quote they tried to gave me over the phone was vague and inflated. The rep I talked to (Jim) was so busy trying to talk me into things I didn’t want that I could not get a word in edgewise to clarify what work I expected them to do. They put in a gimbal boot kit that was not the correct one for my boat. They did not install the water line correctly (left it too long and was kinked). They charged me for 64oz of gear lube even though the capacity for my unit is 32oz. To top it all off, they failed to put any gear lube in at all! After 2 hours of use the out drive failed due to lack of oil! When I took it back to investigate why there was no oil in the gear box they got defensive to the point of Jim getting in my face. They claimed that it was not their problem.
I’ll tell everyone I know about how awful this place is. I’ll never go back!

I bought a second boat. These guys continue to go above and beyond. They not only did their usual inspection, but also did a double check for leaks, did free installation of my battery, and took the time to teach me about my new boat.
There were so boat stands that I may have needed to patch up a small crack. Owner says, «Go ahead and take them if you need them.» No charge. In fact, I don’t think he was even going to write down who took them. They are just nice people who trust that you will bring them back.
One small note… this business is becoming very popular. Word spreads fast in the boating community. It took them two weeks to look at my boat. I gladly accept this. It means they are doing well… and they should.
