excellent customer service. Our dishwasher motor went out, it was under warranty .
Service Tech came out within two days found problem ordered new motor. Dishwasher was repaired all within the same week. Much better service then their competitor who takes weeks to get things done. Dependable stands by their name «Dependable »

My washer wasn’t going through its spin cycle. I called an was able to get an appointment for the very next day which was great! The technician came out and after about 10 mins was able to determine that the filter was clogged and just needed cleaned. I didn’t even know my washer had a filter! He cleaned it and buttoned everything back up and was gone in only 30 – 45 mins. He only charged me the $ 50.00 «diagnosis» charge. Great company! I will definitely be calling back if I have any other appliance issues!
