I had some adobada tacos from here a couple of nights ago and they were fantastic. Green chili salsa too! Nice job!

Favorite taco truck in the tri-cities. It’s not on the menu, but ask for the vegetarian tacos. I’m a carnivore but those tacos are the best thing on the menu.

Fabulous tacos especially al pastor which are hard to find. Lara’s is a taco truck tucked behind the convenience store at 24th and Sylvester in Pasco. The quality of their tacos is hard to beat. They offer the usual fare of tacos, burritos, etc., but it’s their tacos that really shine. They are one of the few places that have the al pastore flavor, which is barbecued pork, which is cut from the spit, it is to die for. Add a little lime and cilantro, perfect, for 25 cents more you get avocado slices on top and cooked onions. If you are not sure about eating a taco truck, you are not alone, but one bite and you’ll change your mind. Don’t worry about the cop cars, they are there for lunch too. .

Delicious Tacos at a great price. Didn’t have a chance to try anything else but next time I’m near there I’ll get a Burrito. Quick service and tasted pretty fresh. A lot of people showed up right after I ordered(lunch time) so I’m pretty sure this place is a winner.

Ordered the asada burrito($ 6) and asada tacos($ 1.50 each). The burrito was pretty large stuffed full of refried beans and had a reasonable amount of beef in it. Flavor good but not over the top. Make sure to eat the burrito over your plate. It can get a little runny and leak onto your lap. No side veggies or avocado with the burrito. 7 out of 10 burrito score Tacos where very good. I got 4 on my plate and each one was packed full of skirt steak. Steak wasn’t extremely seasoned like someone else mentioned, but not really needed to cover up its great natural flavor. Something I really enjoyed is how they grilled caramelized onions and a jalapeño on the side. Tortillas aren’t steamed but grilled with the asada and onions. 9 out of 10 taco score.

The Spanish LDS missionaries serving in Pasco once held a competition to see where the best torta in all of Pasco was. It was decided that Lara’s Tacos was the winner. Lara’s Tacos serves delicious tortas and they’re not too expensive. My favorites are the carne asada torta with a jaritos/sangria drink. They have a little pavilion to sit and eat your lunch at and the customer service is friendly(especially if you speak/order in Spanish). They serve quite a selection of food items but as previously mentioned, their tortas are a must. :)

Standard taco truck fare and average execution. Meats were tender, but short on flavor. Salsas were ho hum. Have to admit the service was really quick, though. Not a bad lunch stop all in all, but no compelling reason to return.
