Mexico Lindo is our family’s go-to restaurant. The staff is friendly and awesome, and the food is so good! My favorite dish is the house specialty, carne en su juego, a tomatillo base steak and bacon soup. The tacos al carbon, enchiladas suizas, carnitas, and pollo a la crema are other favorites of mine. Get the Mexico Lindo margarita, but share with a friend, it’s huge and full of chopped citrus fruits.

Wow, we were traveling through and stop here. So freaking good! Friendly staff, lots of truly hot salsa three different kinds. We ordered a side large chicken enchilada– it was very large and good. We also, ordered a slow roasted pork dish really good too. The handmade tortillas were the cherry on top! Wish this restaurant was where we live. We will stop by agin if in the area.

My husband and I ate there about 5 times before, and we normally order the soups which we really like, the caldo de rez which my husband likes, & myself, the menudo. The last time we ate there, about two months ago, we got there around 7:30p.m., place was packed, we waited about 20 mins, but were very disappointed. After we ordered, we had to wait about an 45 mins before our food was served, we both ordered the caldo de rez which was one of the specials for that day, Thursday. No taste to the caldo, the meat was not tasty at all, like not cooked enough, & very little vegetables. We were very disappointed, and have not wanted to try it again. Maybe it was late in the day, and they had run out of the special and had to make some up quick, not sure. Previously, we had gone earlier in the day, like around 3−4pm.

In Pasco WA. If you are within 100 miles you need to stop in and eat here. The Birria is out of this world. Goat very fresh and the service is outstanding! The all female staff are some of the most professional and service oriented group I have ever had the PRIVILEGE of meeting.

I will say I was a tad drunk while eating here, but it still wasn’t my favorite. I didn’t have anything special so I will probably need to go back and analyze the options and quality a little further at which point I can update my review. There was a lot of hype built up going into the meal by my friends and maybe thats what left me a little let down, but the food was average and so was the margarita.

This place is great! The servers are nice especially Glenda. The best salsa, tacos and the best tacos al carbon, camarones a la diabla… so much good food here. :)

By far the best Mexican restaurant in the entire Tri-Cities! The food is amazing and the staff are excellent! They check on you regularly to see if you are doing okay or need a refill for your drink. The beans and rice have really good flavor and the menu has a lot to choose from! Everytime I come up to the Tri-Cities, we come to Mexico Lindo, we never get disappointed! Totally reccomend!

I live nearby and this is where my husband and I love to eat. It’s quick, it’s good and it’s consistent. I love their salsa, everything we have gotten has been good. It’s inexpensive too we never leave feeling ripped off like we do at other Mexican restaurants nearby.

The place is my new favorite Mexican in the Tri-cities Washington. From the Salsa to the large menu, and especially to the goat I had at my last visit. Chivo, I have not seen before on menus. It is in a flavorful stew and tender as anything. With a generous squeeze of lime, the hand made tortillas and goat with spiced juices were fantastico. The chips could be improved upon, too thick and not exactly fresh; however, the salsa is a perfect medium heat/spice with fresh cilantro and a great balance. The Salsa verde, available upon request, is very spicy decent. three taps of two mexican beers and one of Coors(not sure why they bother with coors). All of the wait staff speak english, but it is not a gringo-ized ‘jack in the box to be’. Crayons and a decent childrens menu to boot.

Excellent service! The waiters constantly made sure that our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. One waiter seemed to have gone to ‘How to be an excellent waiter school’ i highly recommend this restaurant.

We got there around 8:30, the waitress sat us down & gave us the menu & asked if we wanted to start with drinks which we ordered. She came back 15 minutes later w/drinks & took our food order. From that time it was close to 9& it all went downhill. It took almost 1 hour to get our food. We ended up drinking more(which was still good for there pockets) and when the food finally came it was good, but not outstanding! Not 1 hours worth! Will never go there again.

As someone who knows good Mexican food. This little gem should be on everyones shortlist when looking for good Mexican Food. I lived in San Diego for 10 years and my wife was born and raised there. This is as good as many of our favorites down by the border. I had the cheese enchiladas with huevos on top. My wife had the Chili Relleno, my daughter had the Colorado burrito and my son had the chicken asada. Everything was delicious and served hot and relatively quickly considering how busy they were. After eating here three times this has become our favorite sit down Mexican restaurant in the Tri-Cities. Did I also mention the chips were served warm and fresh with some of the best Salsa I have had.

I went here with my husband, sister in law, and my 3 y.o. and 6 y.o. Their mac ‘n cheese was a hit with my kids… I wish it would come with some kind of veggie or fruit(especially for $ 5/kids’ plate). My chimichanga was awesome… my sis in law says her fajita fixings were a bit«buttery». The service was fantastic! And the«play till you win» claw toy machine made the night perfect for the kiddos!

This is a nice, clean restaurant that serves decent mexican food. The food feels more«Americanized» than I was hoping for, but everything tasted and looked fresh. A buddy tires lengua(tongue) every chance he gets and he loved his dish. I tried a bite and it was melt-in-your-mouth good. This place is easy to find and just a few blocks off the highway. If you’re passing through the area and looking for a place to eat… this restaurant is worth it.

«O cow tongue, cow tongue, wherefore art thou cow tongue?» [ In my belly, if all goes to plan.] It had been years since I’d been here, but a fellow fly fisherman buddy and I were in want of post-fly fishing tacos and decided to stop in. It was an early Fall Sunday evening and this place was fairly hopping. We got down to brass tacks, and grabbed a table and eyed the menu. I went with a lengua dish. Our server was really nice, helpful, and turns out to be one of two sisters who were on shift at the time — they were both workin’ it. Now the lengua dish was oh so tasty. It was so soft succulent and seasoned expertly. I noticed they had a full bar, but I bypassed a margarita and went for a couple of Mexican beers. This place is still the bomb and reminds me about the awesome Mexican cuisine in our community. Thank you.

We have been here a few times. The portions are OK, the quality is a little on the lower side but I think avg for Mexican food served from a steam table. The interior is a little dirty and dated. The worst was the sticky floors and tables. I think both may need to be replaced soon.

I remember the first time I came here, before they remodeled. I had the feeling I was going to need to recite the Rosary(which I don’t know) just to get my food. Religious icons everywhere. Not that I have a problem with that, it was just intimidating. I ordered anyway, take out, and oh man was it great. I have been hooked on this place ever since. The remodel is great, place looks really nice inside and out, very comfortable but still stylish. You get your Spanish tv too, usually a soccer match on, which I love. The service is always friendly, and even your first time they greet you like an old friend. I love that. They have a good selection of alchoholic beverages, I have just never tried myself. One day I will go when I don’t have to work that night… Anyway, the food. I can not say enough good things about their food. I have tried all kinds of things from their menu, and have never been dissappointed. My big favorite right now is the Colorado Burrito. The clincher is the red sauce on it. There is something amazing I can’t place. It has a spice like cinnamon but a little more earthy. Can’t tell you for sure but I love it. And folks who don’t go for super spicy will like this too because this dish is all about flavor. And those who do will be happy too. I have brought lots of friends and family here and everyone has left happy. Oh, I forgot to mention their chips and salsa! Chips are warm when they arrive. Salsa, has flavor, but doesn’t hurt. Which is a good thing. I like a hot salsa now and again, but most times I just want a medium heat as an appetizer. These guys have got one with great flavor that I think will please any palatte. And if you want hotter, beleive me they can hook you up. You just better mean it when you ask for hotter, cuz yer gonna get it! Do yourself a favor. Go here now.

Great chips and hot sauce… We actually stumbled upon this place by luck on Thanksgiving Eve. What a nice surprise! The restaurant we were planning on going to was closed, so we took a chance on Mexico Lindo and Bingo we have a winner. First I must say the Micheladas were awesome. Not too spicy and they do have Dos XX. That gets a star by itself! The chips and salsa were really good as well. The salsa was a good mix, not too runny and not too thick with medium heat. Perfect! I ordered quesadillas and a chile relleno. It’s been a while since I’ve had either of these two cooked right but I keep trying and this time it paid off. The quesadillas didn’t look the way I’m used to getting them, but they sure tasted good! They were crunchy and still moist with light lettuce and tomato on top. The chile relleno was prepared the way I’m used to with a perfect blend of spices and mild heat. The cheese included had a great flavor and really sealed the deal for me. My girlfriend Kim ordered a taco and enchilada, and she was equally pleased with her meal. Not too much grease and an awesome flavor! We will come back to this little hot spot in the future. To top it off I had a margarita that was served in a large glass with freshly squeezed limes. From start to finish this was a great restaurant-hole in the wall!
