After 15 years as a Moon customer and following several attempts to engage them for service at my 2nd home, I threw in the towel and went with local providers, for less than I had been paying as well. Unbeknownst to me, I had signed an annually renewing contract with them 7 years ago. I relaized that’s my fault but when I called to cancel, their customer non-serivce rep didn’t mention the contract nor offer to reduce my rate. Lo and behold, the next day I received a final bill for the remainder of the 1 year term. Their final answer, pound sand. If that’s how they handle things, I’m glad I’ve left.
