If you want some really good Mexican sweet bread this is the go to place. They have the freshest bread in the Tri-Cities, at any time of the day, even at night when you have those late night cravings!! This bakery has the softest and tastiest bread so far.

Awesome place. I love bakeries and this had a fantastic variety of pastries and everything! I wanted to buy one of each thing. This is takeout only. Wish they had some tables to sit and enjoy them.

Pretty big selection of donuts and different types of pastries. Nice staff and you get a pretty Big Bang for your buck with less than dollar donuts that are the size of your face! Never had a bad experience and I would recommend any donut and sweets lover to go visit and if you’re from the east coast like I am it’s the closest thing to a dunkin donuts donut!

Very interesting bakery. Not a gourmet experience, but a lot of variety and reasonably priced. Very good for what it is. Self service: pick up a cafeteria tray and tongs and go to town. I picked up a ham and cheese croissant, a cooker and a macaroon. All for the early morning flight back to New England. Reminded me of the large 24 hour bakery in the North End of Boston.

We love Vieras and whenever we are in the downtown Pasco area we HAVE to stop in. Everything is good — the pastries are HUGE and easily are double the size of anywhere else. The cinnamon roll/dough-nut with cream cheese frosting and the cannolli with custard are our favorites. The cookies are not the kind that what we traditionally eat, these are dry and crumbly, but all of them are made this way at Vieras — FYI. Area for improvement: better marked cases! It is hard to know what is what(especially for the stuffed breads) and it is a little cramped so it would make everything smoother if it was labeled better.

I ordered my wedding cake from Viera’s. They told me they could do fondant, and when I showed them the photo of the cake I wanted they said it would be easy to do. The day of my wedding the cake arrived with several huge cracks in the fondant and was horribly lopsided. To make matters worse when we cut into the TWOAND A HALF inch tick«frosting» the cake inside was nothing but crumbs and was 100% inedible. I took a sample of the cake to Viera’s the following day. They said they could only refund me 15% of the cost($ 700), because they, «Needed to cover the cost to make the cake.» I was devastated. DONOT order your wedding cakes from here. Viera’s destroyed one of the most important moments of my life, then refused to make it right by offering a refund.

Everything here is huge. The selection is huge(although there aren’t signs for everything, so you might have to guess — but it’s probably tasty), the treats themselves are huge, the line is huge(this place is packed on weekends!)…and service is quick and friendly. We picked up a couple of sweet treats(cream danish type thing, pan dulce with what I think was anise) and also a ham-jalapeño pastry. Everything was really tasty. I love pan dulce — so fluffy and just a hint of sweetness. Three delicious items for $ 4 — yep, we’re coming back. This is a panaderia, so you pop in, grab some tongs and a tray, and load it up! Then you stand in line and salivate over all of the tasty things in the cold display cases, and pay. They do, thankfully, take credit cards. It’s a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but my love for bakeries makes me brave. (Lies. I made my husband navigate us through. I’m shy, okay?)

Omyyyyy we stopped by this place as we were leaving the Pasco Farmer’s Market. It smelled like heaven in there. We know the goods will be fresh here. The showstopper for me was a gigantic donut sprinkled with sugar. It looked just like the ones they would make back home(in Asia). Had to try and it was delicious!!! Even better!!! We picked up a lot more other yummy dessert/sweet items. They also have savory goods like ham and cheese croissants. Honestly, this place is one of the best bakeries I’ve been to(and I’ve been to a lot)! We had to wait a while in line to pay, but it was definitely worth the wait! What a gem!

Absolutely astounding. I don’t even have words to describe how great the pastries are. they have HUGE donuts. I especially love the maple bars. My boyfriend is in love with their apple fritters. Everytime we visit the Tricities, having Viera’s donuts for breakfast one day is an absolute must.

I need to go do an intense workout after this breakfast but freaking awesome! I think the donuts are the size of my head! Delicious and easy. You grab a tray and tongs and load up from the racks of fresh baked pastries. As good as this place is, unfortunately for me, it has to be a once in awhile deal. However, it is one of those places that is great to take friends and family from out of town to!

Visiting from Chicago, my daughter has been talking about this place since she moved to Pasco about 6 weeks ago and she was completely right! Everything I tried was perfectly baked and super tasty. I was impressed with how clean it was considering the foot traffic they have, it was pretty crowded every time we went(3 times in 3 days plus the trip on the way to the airport!) and I brought some home to share. Wonderful bolillos filled with cheese and peppers — if you can get them fresh out of the oven then stand by the car and eat as fast as you can! Their cakes are also awesome and cookies were worth trying too — and don’t get me started on the doughnuts! Everything is really good.

Amazing, fresh baked bread. Of course when looking for a wedding cake, I had to choose them. The turnout was amazing, better than I expected!

So, before telling you how awesome Viera’s is, I have to give you a little back story. When I was a little monster, my family lived down by Westgate Elementary. I remember my mom bribing us with Mid-town Plaza bakery. «If you are good, we will go donuts.» «If you clean your room, we will go get donuts.» I sware, it worked every time. I always chose one of two things: the most gigantic maple bar you have ever seen in your life or the glazed donut in the shape of a ginger bread man. Flash forward to 2003. I was a senior in high school and attending Clair’s Academy. Some friends of mine wanted to go get frappes at Viera’s. I tagged along not knowing of this place. WE walked in the front door and I stopped dead in my tracks. There, in those squeaky clean, lit up, glass homes of glory was… you guessed it, those tasty, frosted treats from my childhood. But they weren’t alone. They had all sorts of yummies for my tummy. Chocolate bars, bear claws, powered donuts and sprinkled. And there were other scrumptious edibles to satisfy any taste buds. Jalapeño bread(a roll filled with cream cheese and jalapenos), yogurt cups with fruit and granola, flan and churros. I was so excited. They also did made-to-order sandwiches served with chips and a deli pickle. I have never bought a thing from there I didn’t like.

Like donuts the size of a baby’s head? Like not having to throw down hella cash for a measly dozen box of donuts? Well, Viera’s Bakery satisfies both those things. The donuts are HUGE. The donuts are GOOD. The price is RIGHT. Just a star rating down because of the one or two flies I see buzzing every time I’m in there. My husband’s inner fat kid was overjoyed when I took him here while we were in town at my parents’ place. He mentioned how rad it is that they stay open till 9 pm and how hard working the bakers in the back were. Funny how I don’t realize how lucky of a gal I was to grow up in a town where that is the norm.

When we walked in, it felt like the part in Muppet Treasure Island where the characters find the treasure trove and dance around throwing gold doubloons like confetti, all in slow motion. There were wonderful baked goods everywhere, almost waiting for you to jump in as if into a ball pit. Everything we got was delicious. I got a concha with yellow frosting that turned out to be Easy Cheese flavored and boy was it good. This was worth the several-hour detour on our trip across Washington. Pro tip: «jamon» means ham, not jam… we felt pretty silly when we found bits of ham in what we expected to be a «jalapeño jelly» and cheese empanada.

The counter-person kidded me for buying the most expensive treats in the store(I laughed). I thought it was $ 8 well spent– 2 ham/cheese empanadas and two fruit tarts plus one extra that wasn’t perfect and she threw it in on the deal. $ 4 for an empanada and a dessert? Quite the lunch bargain!

Went here just before 9pm on a Wednesday evening after dinner at nearby Mi Hacienda, and was surprised to see a line of people in the panaderia(aka bakery). Everyone had some tongs and a tray(most filled w/baked goodies). In the middle of the floor, there were racks at which everybody had been picking and choosing. I’m assuming these were freshly-baked items. They had lots of sweet stuff(think churros, donuts, cake, etc.), but also I saw some empanadas as well. I thought freshly-baked stuff was produced in the morning — hmmm… Oh, as I walked to the panaderia, I saw bakers through the window going at it, concocting all kinds of Mexican baked goods. I ended up getting a cookie and a twisted churro thingie with red icing stuff. They were good. They weren’t overwhelming in sweetness. They were nice. This was a good introduction to a popular panaderia. Oh, this panaderia is just down the street from where the Pasco Farmer’s Market is. So, you could do the two birds with one stone thing if you want.
