So my experience was a hit or miss. If the young man making my sandwich wasn’t so polite I’d of walked out. As a Manger/owner you’re supposed to be polite and pleasent. This Manger was rude beyond belief. if you think shooting your customers dirty looks is acceptable you’re highly mistaken. You have customers walking in your building & your walking around with a pen and paper taking inventory, you have one person on the line and another wiping tables, YOU don’t even greet your customers you don’t start them off, you expect THEONLY person on the line to do so. I worked at Subway for over a year and my boss would always greet his customers, he’d make sandwiches with his employees and he remained professional at all times. She should try to focus on her face and manners a woman of her age shouldn’t be acting so childish, you’re the only subway in town I’d rather drive out of the way to RT44 than go 3 minutes down the road RANTDONE.

I’ve been here twice In my life and both times were terrible. One time a worker made my grandfather feel bad because she put olives on his sandwich after he just said no olives, that escalated. Second time my coupon was refused. This was a coupon in the local paper.

There are something like 15,392 Subway franchises all over the world and if this one isn’t the worst on this side of the Mason Dixon/Continental Divide I’d be shocked. It’s pretty difficult to mess up such a simple concept but whomever owns this place has gone above and beyond in every way possible to drive away business; perhaps it’s a tax write-off and/or mob front. The Staffing is so poor its comical. This isn’t the fault of the lazy 17 year(possibly a family relative) behind the counter(I wouldn’t want to be here either!) but rather the owner who decided to employ, at any given time, exactly 1 person(possibly less if they are out back smoking) aside from themselves. And the owner isn’t the other person working there I can’t possibly imagine why they would hire a manger for a place that gets literally 0 business. Complex geo-political treaties are negotiated in the time in takes this one person to misunderstand your order. And forget using language, it’s easier to attempt to communicate which toppings you’d like through signs and gestures. Anything else would be far too efficient. My wife and I have gone here 3 times and I will never get those 4 hours of my life back. Every single time I have ordered the sandwich has been made incorrectly and I have been charged incorrectly and these aren’t complex concepts. The register has, like, little pictures on it, doesn’t it? Pascoag is a great little town; one of those places that has somehow been kept safe from horrible food franchises(village guardian gnome, perhaps?). And like many small towns, a single craptastic Subway has managed to weasel its way in and, like the bloated tick that it is, refuses to leave. There are so many other decent places to eat in Pascoag. Go to one of them. PS: To the continually rotating staff; there are also so many decent places to work in Pascoag. I know the level of «character building»(aka horribleness) in $ 9/hour jobs are hard to distinguish from each other but, I’m begging you, work somewhere else. I think there’s something in the air at this place that makes everyone move like they’re underwater.

This Subway is the biggest rip-off. Don’t go here expecting a sandwich, you’ll only walk out with a loaf of bread and a few pieces of lettuce. I’ve lived in Pascoag for 6 years and would rather drive to Subway in Putnam or Greenville than go here which is within walking distance to where I live. Total scam, whoever owns this Subway is a cheap bastard. STAYAWAY. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would.

This is definitely the worst subway on earth. I got sick twice at this place. Stay away at all cost.

DONOTGOHERE. I went here to get subs for my daughter’s field trip. I had purchased coupons for a local school fund raiser. Get one footlong free with purchase of a another and a fountain drink. The expiration was clearly marked 12/31/2011. The coupon was in clear view while my daughter made here selection and the worker looked right at it and said nothing. When I went to cash out I was told that they only took these coupons on customer appreciation day in April and I wiuld have to pay $ 14. There was no manager on sight and nothing was said the entire time I was in the shop. I was told there was nothing she could do. I told her I lived in a large community and had a big mouth. I have never had such consistently cold, uninviting and unhelpful service as I have had with this Subway. I have been a patron at least a half dozen times and every single time the staff has been the worst — not among the worst, but THEWORST — I have ever encountered. And these were all people old enough to know better. Pascoag Subway = Fail. One star for average Subway fare, minus the unwelcome atmosphere.
