After numerous issues with our R/​O system I have given up on Culligan. The tech comes and leaves. The next day I have major leak and water damage. Tech comes back, redoes the work, installs new parts. Another leak… poor quality workmanship and poor quality plastic fittings. Call for help and I get «We have no one available until next week. It will be $ 125/​hr to come out.» $ 125 an hour to fix your poor quality plastic fittings? If you are considering R/​O or soft water I would suggest avoiding Culligan. I will be under the sink trying to fix their screw-​up.

Good tasting water. Very friendly. I get my water bottles filled here. I do not have a water service with them.

I have run into nothing but problems with these people. Severely mismanaged and lazy employees … I am currently being charged for services, even though I’ve informed them that I am not, and can not use the water filter, because I am awaiting a heart transplant and am staying in Los Angeles.
They keep telling me they will take care of things, etc … But, that’s nothing more than lip service. Stay far, far away from this crooked business. If you want proof that I’m waiting for a heart transplant, please, feel free to contact me. Some of my photos are a bit graphic, so beware.
One star … I’m being VERY generous. I wish I could give them negative stars. As well as several other businesses.
