We’ve taken our kid here for years. Julie office manager (?) is professional, helpful and friendly. Other front office ladies have always been friendly too. Appointments are usually running on time, don’t have to wait long. But if we do, theres a TV in waiting room w/​cartoons for the kids.
Dr. Harrington is down-​to-​earth, not pushy, good w/​kids. When my kid was younger, I was wondering about braces and where other orthodontists may have said «OK, let’s do it!» Dr. Harrington took a cautious approach, advising us to wait it out. (Sure enough, we eventually had to get orthodontics but their office had a convenient and reasonable payment plan.)
Also the various dental hygenists are friendly and explain things clearly.
Office is quite small, in a converted house, sometimes parking is cramped but other than that, no complaints.
