I have been taking my dogs here since 2010. The staff has always been very friendly and professional, and it is apparent that they care for the animals they groom. I am very pleased with their service and will continue going there.

I love Golden Collar. Kim Jackson is very calm and loving with my two whippets. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I took my dog to Golden Collar for about a year before finally switching to another groomer. The customer service was never spectacular — in fact, I never felt welcome — and my dog always came home still slightly damp. The final straw was when they sent my dog home with a bleeding nail. Apparently they had been having someone «who wasn’t that experienced cutting nails» doing his nails, and this was unacceptable to me.
Side note: They are now located in the Food 4 Less plaza, not on Pine Street.
