I’ve used Icracked twice now and I’ve been happy both times. Clark has been my technician each time and he is the greatest. I cracked my screen on New Year’s Eve and I put in my claim (I have the insurance plan) but the office was closed for the holiday. Clark let me borrow an iPhone over the weekend until the office could process my claim. He was literally a life saver. I’m so happy that I found this company.

Finally got the motivation to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed and so I decided to give iCracked a call. Within literally one minute of submitting a claim I got a text from Clark — that was awesome. Met him at the Black Horse in SLO at a time that was best for both of us and he had my phone fixed in under an hour. Really cool guy, too. Chatted with him about his business and even watched him take apart my phone piece by piece. All a very easy experience and my phone works like it’s brand new! Would definitely recommend Clark to anyone looking to get their phone fixed.
