Our whole family and most of my company uses Michaels optical. The customer service is impeccable, the prices are reasonable, and they have a great inventory of glasses and sunglass options. Would NOT go anywhere else!

Fell asleep on the couch, and my specs ended up crushed under my sprawling carcass– lens popped out and the was frame semi-​mangled. Walked in at 9:00, and two friendly and professional ladies promptly jumped on getting my glasses fixed up, and dialed back in. While waiting I noticed they’ve got some pretty cool brands of glasses, since I’m considering updating my staid old guy look. There is also an optometrist on the premises– so a one stop shop. After a couple of fitting tweaks, I was out the door at no charge. I offered to pay but they declined. Can’t thank you guys enough! Highly recommended!

I have been using Michaels Optical for years and I am always extremely happy with their services in choosing the perfect pair of glasses as well as the follow up if or when you have questions or problems. They staff is great and very knowledgable. And the selection in amazing!
