Fun place with fantastic wines. Jeremy from Spearhead Coffee told us about this fun spot. Enjoyed wines from 2 of the 4 wineries. Great boutique wineries!!!

I love coming here on my Paso visits! All the wineries represented are always creating something delicious, and the people pouring always have great stories to tell. It’s a must to stop here on your visit & it’s great because it’s open a little later too.

Places like Paso Underground where you can try lots of different, small wineries in one room are my favorite. It’s the best way to get familiar with wines from the region. I think most of the tastings are done by owners of the small independent wineries so they’re extra generous, passionate, and honest about the wines poured. Sadly, we were only able to taste with one of the four wineries since we arrived 30 minutes before closing. I wish we would have gotten there at least 2 hours before they close. By the time we were done with one tasting, everyone had already packed up for the evening. I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area to try the other wineries I missed.

In a recent visit here, there were three different wineries represented, each with their own counter of wines. Each wanted $ 10 for tasting a rather limited number of wines. I chose one provider who had the most wines available for pouring. All the wines had great structure and balance, but would likely be too acidic or mineral tasting for the ready-to-drink crowd. I didn’t buy because we already have located our sources in CA for«investment» wines and none of these moved the needle far enough to meet their price point, in our opinion.

Love love LOVE! This is the kind of place that you can bring your dog(that you think is well behaved but maybe really isn’t so much) or your kids(who you think are the cutest thing in the world(but maybe really aren’t to everyone else). And yes, I can say this somewhat objectively because I fit into the former category. Anyway, … yeah. We need more places like this — for wine, and for beer!

i like this tasting room. 4 diff winemakers giving tastings. i like this better than going one by one around. i’d like it even more if it was 8 or 10! saves time. nice wines too. i bought some edmond august. and yes the vintners/makers are pouring for you. nice.

Must stop here when your in Paso. Love the fact that the vintner is pouring his best directly to us. He even had purple fingers.

If you find yourself wandering downtown looking for a tasting room, well this place has 4 wine makers pouring all sorts of cool shit. Aaron wine, and turtle rock stood out, but they are all good. Its a small room, with 4 tables and the wine makers pouring for you. Its a nice find if you like craft wine, where the maker is accountable for what they pour, and you can taste the difference!

A GREAT collaborative tasting room with Clos Solene, Aaron’s Wines, Edmond August and Westberg Cellars/Turtle Rock Vineyards. Four fun, young, winemakers sharing their passion with you. A must when you visit if you love wines.
