We had Reliable Restoration work on our vacation home in Cambria as the previous flippers of the house had covered some major issues. Shawn’s team worked hard, followed all of the necessary protocols, and were frugal when the opportunity presented itself. The work that Shawn’s team did was extremely professional and I enjoyed working with him as well.
You would do well to use Shawn and his team!

I used reliable restoration and remodeling for my home remodel. Shaun, the owner, is very honest and trustworthy. He showed up when he said he would and kept me posted throughout. I was on an extremely tight budget and he knew that. So, when they found mold at the house, Shaun presented me with creative options that allowed me to make my house look the best it could while saving as much as possible. He has also been very understanding with payment arrangements. He really went above and beyond. I would recommend them for any home improvement needs.

Shaun has done many jobs for me over the years. Including running electricity to my spa, changing the locks on my house and putting in brand new hardwood flooring through the downstairs in my home. He has always been professional, timely and cost effective. I will hire him for big and small jobs. I get so many compliments on my new floors I can’t wait to have him come do the next project.

Shaun was very helpful with my electrical problems. Before starting the job, he evaluated the requirements for each appliance to determine the best method to pursue. Shaun preformed his work in a timely manner and was finished well before I expected. I found out that he is also capable of doing other types of restoration and repair, i.e., concrete work, plumbing, drywall, retaining wall, etc., etc.
I’m glad I met Shaun and will use him in the future.

Highly recommend. Found him to be an excellent troubleshooter, gave us plenty of options, and did quality work. Very knowledgeable and gives you detailed explanations regarding what needs to be done. Will not hesitate to use him again.
