Today I attempted to return a pair of pants at the Passaic, NJ location and was greeted by the most discourteous cashier I have ever dealt with. She accused me of having worn the pants and rudely responded to me once I told her I hadn’t «Yes you did!» Her name is «Nuri» or at least that’s what it sounded like when I asked her after I showed her the same pair of pants right off the rack with the same creases behind the knee area, clearly were it marked after someone had tried them on. I rarely shop at this store but I thought I would try it out. I will not be returning. People like her should not be dealing with customers as I’m sure their main goal is customer satisfaction. Super dissatisfied.
