I actually booked a messenger through Eveready Express before reading this one review and became quite nervous about my delivery. I needed a cocktail dress to be altered in New Jersey and delivered to me today for an evening fundraiser, so I had no room for error on this one. Lisa was my customer service rep and she was very friendly and efficient. She also was extremely responsive to my emails as we were making the arrangements, which were not terribly simple. Once the garment was picked up in New Jersey, I received an email notification and then only a few hours later did my dress arrive in great shape. I received another notification that the delivery was complete(even though I already knew that, I’m sure for other clients that is extremely helpful). The price was the best I could find and I would gladly use this company again. I don’t normally write reviews, in fact, I think this is my first one to do on Unilocal,but seeing that the previous post was almost three years old, I wanted to give this company some well-deserved good press.

I had a situation where I live in TX, my client in DC and documents in NYC– We needed the documents picked up, faxed and also Fedexed overnight. They were so prompt, courteous and accommodating! My rep Louis was extremely responsive and even called off hours to make sure we got what we needed and to keep me updated since it was a time sensitive project. I would definitely recommend to anyone! The attention to detail was awesome!

Avoid this company! The treat their potential customers like dirt. We have a charity event this Thursday 11⁄4 in the lower east side. We needed a courier from Englewood to Manhattan. After getting a quote and working everything out the company sent out a driver on the day we got the quote. Although they were verbally told that we needed them for the 4th, they stated that it didn’t specify the date on any e-mail communications. They also did not confirm the date, but rather than admitting that we had a miscommunication, they wanted to charge us for a non-pickup. When we called to explain that there was a miscommunication on both sides they said the boss would call back and let us know what they could do. When Keith Kirk called this morning he said we should find another courier service! Didn’t even try to work it out with us! So if you want a professional, reliable courier service don’t call Eveready Express. They are neither!
