The Sushi bar at the Main Ingredient is really great, always fresh, a great menu and a chef willing to customize without complaining!!!

This place had soooo much potential. The food was very good. That being said, the prices are crazy for the amount of food you get. Also the order was incorrect and they wouldn’t drive back to correct the order. I am not going back unless they can bring their prices down. (small chicken cutlet wrap was $ 9.99)

Have been there many times and while «Good» I wouldn’t go much further. Flavor is «good»…its reasonably priced (for Kosher food that is). But the service is very lacking and transactional. And my biggest gripe is that Main Ingredient is more often then not entirely unclean, disheveled, and a general mess. Was just there last night and the place was overwhelmed with flies, bugs, insects. Told the guys upfont and they more or less did nothing.

We get food from here a lot and I have to say, it’s pretty good and reasonably priced for Kosher food.
The sushi is good and fresh. They even offer brown rice.
The chicken entrees are also good and come with a lot of food. I’ve never personally had them but my coworkers have and say they are delicious. Salads are also very good.
Only complaint is the matzoh ball soup. I had it once and it only had 1 – 2 matzoh balls and broth. No carrots, no noodles and not much flavor. I don’t recommend it.
Overall a great place with a variety of choices.
