Although I can’t say too many negative things about the food, the service here is THE WORST I’ve EVER had! The staff straight ignores you until they’re ready to serve you. They stop serving you to answer the phone. Their delivery service is bad. When a friend of mine called and asked to have an egg fried on top of his steak, their answer was «we already cleaned the grill.»
It’s a shame they have little to no regard for their customers, and it amazes me how many customers keep going back. The food is obviously worth it to some, but good Dominican food isn’t as hard to find as it used to be.
