Elite Heating & Cooling

I called Elite Heating and Cooling when our air conditioner broke down. On the plus side:
— They were able to come out the same day I called, which was awesome
— They identified the problem and were able to order and install the part 2 days later
— I thought the price seemed fair for what they did
On the minus side:
— They seem really disorganized. When I first called I was asked to spell my name twice and I had to give my address three times. Then I got transferred to a different person and had to tell them my name twice and my address twice. Then a few hours later I got a call from a tech who said he didn’t have my address because «the girls at the office weren’t able to get it from you.» Um… what? This just makes me wonder how professional/​reliable they are if they can’t manage to write down and keep an address.
— They are not great at showing up on time. On the second day when they were supposed to come and install the part, I got a call at 8:40 that said someone would be here in about 15 minutes. At 9:45 when no one had shown up, I called again. I was told someone would be out within half an hour. At 11 when STILL no one had shown up, I called again and was told they’d get back to me. At 11:15 I got a call from the tech who said he’d be there in 15 (and he got here about 11:40). So I basically wasted a whole morning sitting around because I couldn’t go anywhere because I kept thinking they would be there any minute! I don’t think coming at almost noon was bad, but tell me that from the start so I can plan my day! The fact that I had to keep calling really bothered me and made me feel that they are not super organized.
