We just had our dishwasher repaired by Mike from Mr. Appliance. He didn’t introduce himself, explain anything, and was condescending. I wish we would not have used them. Though he did repair our broken rack, he charged an astronomical amount of money! Will not use them again. Very disappointed.

My washer decided to stop. I looked online and found Mr. Appliance. Scheduling was easy, and also handled online. They charge 80.00 for diagnosis. They we ahead of scheduled which worked great for me. He spent about 30 minutes working on the problem, but it was not going to be solved today. The cost was more than a new machine.

I called Mr Appliance on Monday the 23rd. They said they couldn’t come to fix my washer until that Friday the 27th. My appt range time was 1 to 4. 4pm came and went. No call. I then called them, and was told the tech was running late and wouldn’t be to my home till after 5pm. That time was not good for me as I had plans. They then told me I could reschedule for another day. Here I sit again over a weekend with no working washer. Do not use this company. Very unreliable. Bad customer service.

Scott, of Mr. Appliance, was very punctual and friendly. He took only a minute to diagnose the problem and determine that it would be cost prohibitive to repair. I was very impressed with him and the company. We will call them next time we need an appliance serviced.
