Place is a dump. If i could give 0 stars I would. Might as well not be open to general public if only available to league members every night.

One of the better bowling centers left on Long Island, that still caters to the bowler. Family owned, and run, they keep up on everything here. The lanes, equipment, cleanliness. The snack bar is pretty good as well.

I knew I was in for bad news when I came by on a Saturday night a few weeks ago and found this place closed and no cars in the lot.. . then I saw the old lanes being torn out and put in dumpsters(local scuttlebutt has a crafty fellow nabbing a few lengths of the boards to make a dancefloor in his backyard). Then I seen some carpet guys here, doing their thing out of the back of some workvans.. . I finally came back with my weapon and shoes, and sees this place got the complete makeover, 95% redone, even has the LCD scoreboards. Same ol’staff(the lady at the counter has been there 24yrs. and tells me she loves the new look of the place, so its hard to argue, but personally, I think it lacks the charm this place used to have.. . I will say it looks a bit brighter, the neon colors really pop now). Whatever: they still do $ 2.00 a game on Sundays. New sound-system too, and they were cranking some great-sounding Patsy Cline tunes when I was there. Had a really good second game, and that’s all I’ll say.. .
