ENT and Allergy Associates

This very large group of Ear, Nose and Throat Physicians went from 5 stars to none when Ronald C. Sullivan, M.D. retired several months ago.
Out the door with this extraordinarily knowledgable and compassionate man went all civility, expertise, efficiency, decency and dignity. Though some doctors’ groups are known for being cold and uncaring, we have never encountered such degrading treatment, which is very hurtful as we have been patients there for over 50 years. Dr. Sullivan always diagnosed and treated our illnesses with accuracy and compassion, saw us when we were sick (not set up an appointment for three weeks later), made us laugh now and then, and truly cared about us. We have found since he left that he was the only person in this group with those qualities. It will be difficult to find someone else after such a long association but we will not be back there again. If you value your health and dignity do not use these doctors!
