My ice maker stopped working in my whirlpool refrigerator. Whirlpool recommended fleet for the repair. They came the next day and fixed the machine under warranty.
They were professional and fast. I would 100% use them again.

this is the second time ive used them (first was a stove repair, and im sure it would still be working perfect if I didn’t lose it in hurricaine sandy). this time I had a leaky whirlpool fridge that leaked from day one, but never got a chance to have warrantied. i tried the google fix with no help, so we called. the tech was very polite to my wife, took care of it within an hour and was reasonably priced. I own a body shop. quality service is very important to me. its been almost three years since I last used them and will continue to use them

Wouldn’t recommend…
Unfortunately our new fridge starting failing in under 6 months, each service visit seemed to require another service visit. One diagnosis was done well by Fleet, the subsequent repairs were a series of ‘hack jobs’ — breaking almost immediately and sometimes in a worse state. They also cancelled a scheduled 11 – 2 appointment at 1:22, wasting yet another day. Last used Fleet Appliance service in Aug 2013.
