If I could give 0 stars I would. Dishonest business practices combined with incompetent service. They do not disclose full costs of venting and fail to order parts in a timely fashion. Purchased two fireplaces, paid in full only to discover the gas unit requires a power vent at the cost of an additional $ 2,000+. Despite paying in full at time of purchase 8/​28, they held onto my money for a month before actually ordering the unit which has a 6 to 8 week lead time. Cost me time and money.
