After the long wait, they’re gonna push garbage on you at a premium price. If you’re looking for honesty, this isn’t the place. Personally, I regret the choice of ever walking into the place. NEVER AGAIN!
Best Buy didn’t have the phone I wanted and since it was next door, I went in. What’s the big deal? Well, the fast talking sales person convinced me my plan would be less if I purchased a «free» tablet. It sounded too good to be true. It was. It’s costing me $ 10/​month for a a tablet that doesn’t hold a charge and is too slow to use if it did. Canceling it will cost me close to $ 200 — the tablet is only worth $ 120 (Verizon in general isn’t what they use to be.
In closing, avoid these schemers. You’ll be happy you did.

A salesperson named John helped both my husband and myself with our upgrades for in the galaxy to the iPhone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also set up our phones up and transferred everything from our old phones. Great customer service.

Went to go get a new phone with three emails with instructions from customer service. The store Manager Brian was more like a bouncer and refused to honor the deal they offered me! And, the salesman even ruder went in the back to show him the emails, and because they were linked to my computer, he deleted them from my phone and my computer! He gave me a lesser value for my trade in than customer service promised, and treated me like a piece of dirt under his shoes… Customer service was shocked and basically gave me a whole bunch of credits to make good, but next time I might just switch carriers these people are NASTY, ARROGANT LIARS DON’T SHOP THERE!!!

Standing in the this Verizon store right now and what a mess. Saleswoman didn’t disclose that with the edge plan, you are paying the FULL PRICE of the phone, unless you upgrade halfway through the payments. $ 800 is a price you disclose! New plan is a scam. She also disconnected my unlimited data during the void of the transaction, for which now I have to call and get reinstated. Most unhelpful store I’ve been in. Horrible customer service, don’t waste your time.
