The sweets here are simply the best. Make sure you eat them fresh. The owners will not allow you to take sweets home that aren’t fresh This shows you a lot about their sincerity and commitment to running a quality sweet store.

Alhamdanya is amazing! So let me preface this review to let others know that deserts are baked on premises. All natural and super fresh. Alhamdanya does a great job not making it too sweet or too nutty. And because it’s fresh it doesn’t taste stale. The owner is very friendly and generous in letting you sample few things. They have boxes that are perfect to take as gifts if you’re traveling. And to take some home with you.
I am not a sweets person at all and prefer savory things. When I come across a place that makes me crave the sweets. It is darn good and for the price, you just can’t beat it.
Yes I make the drive all the way out to NJ from Brooklyn just to get it!

Hands down the best Arabic sweets and desserts on the East Coast. Getting Zenod Elset right when it comes out is life altering. The owner Uthman is extremely nice and will help you pick the best combinations based on your taste preferences. They are also open till late so you can always get your fix.

This is easily one of the best baklava places in the tri-​state area, hands down.
This became our weekend ritual, almost every Sunday we drive here from Manhattan.
The smile on my nephews face is priceless.
The owner is beyond nice and he will always offer you a sample.
If you have been to the Middle East and you know what real baklava should taste like, this is the place to visit.
Znood elsit sets a new definition for the balance between flavor and sweetness. They will still taste good even 3 – 4 days later!

This place has been open for about a year now, I did not know about it until today and believe me when I say that I REGRET not known about this place earlier. This store has THE BEST and I mean THE BEST kunafaa ever! It is so delisious that I gave my diet a day off that day :)
