Super cheap produce and cleaner and bigger than the other farmers market stores. Awesome Middle Eastern selection and the fresh bread is fantastic.

We really like shopping here. The produce is excellent in variety and quality and very cheap. Uniquely Middle Eastern food products like pita bread and hummus are available. That Middle Eastern flavor, with most of the customers from Lebanon, Turkey, etc., makes for a more exotic shopping experience than Shoprite, to say the least. Our visits here are fun, and emphasize to us what a melting pot NJ is.

I have been going to this place for 4 years but over the years I have seen considerable decrease in the availability of the produce. It used to be a good place with varieties of fresh produce but once they made the renovation, the quality of the veggies and variety have gone south. In addition, you have to stand in line with little place to move around. Very unprofessional and rude customer service too. Corrados is very close, just round the corner, makes more sense to go there instead of such place. Next time I will go there, at least I will get more varieties to choose from!

So I was driving pass brothers, and I notice the juicy watermelon outside. Drove further down an I notice how cheap the produce was so I parked the car an decided to stop in. Be prepared to face a crowd of people but the deals are awesome ! I spent $ 35 bucks on my purchase from oranges 5 for $ 1, pineapples $ 2, peppers $ 1, onions(huge bag) $ 4, cucumbers 5 for $ 1, watermelon .25¢ per pound, grapes $ 2 .This market really made my day with their insanely cheap prices plus there’s also meat & grocery stores next door. Only downfall is the checkout time is extremely long ! If only this was in Brooklyn …

For someone who loves cooking with fresh produce this is the spot for me! They have the best deals too and the produce is very fresh which is a bonus when you are getting such a good deal. The owner started off with one stall and now has many stalls outside and a grocery store inside. Check it out!

This place is great, I go there 3 to 4 times a month and I am never disappointed. Some of the daily specials will blow your mind at how cheap they can be. My biggest complaint about this place are the other shoppers. The words«excuse me», could go a long way. Other than that, it’s great.

Bargain hub for fresh vegetables and fruits. The entire street is packed with value. This is the cleanest of the stores with stable wide(!) selection. Prices ½ of supermarkets.

This is our mainline source for volume fruits and veggies, direct from the Bronx Terminal Market, at almost wholesale prices. Way better than any of the other produce markets on Railway Ave. In the summer and fall they source internationally, regionally and locally and as a result, the variety increases dramatically(as do the bargains). Everything is priced to move, because a lot of their inventory is ready for consumption NOW. The produce has a definite Arabic/Latino profile, so don’t be looking for English peas or asian pears here. With a few exceptions(like apples, and root veggies) we buy what we can consume within a few days to avoid spoilage. The Middle Eastern flavored market appeals to virtually every regional food tradition, with exotic spicing, nuts, cheeses, breads, packaged sweets, condiments, oils and the like. You can buy sumac here by the pound and Lebanese olive oil by the gallon. If the parking situation, amenities and traffic both inside and outside the store were better, I’d give it five stars, but then again, the hassle is part of the cultural immersion at this place.

This is seriously the place to go for your weekly vegetables, fruits and deli meat ! They have the best selection of cheese as well ! Parking in the back. Very imp about the carts, sometimes you need to grab the cart from the parking lot(read: follow people who will give you once they are done lol) instead of the cart line, They need some more seriously. Avoid on Sundays if possible. Happy shopping.

Great selection of produce and compared to The regular grocery I go to — great prices! The line are very long on Sundays and if you know you will need a cart, get it outside before you walk in. It is hard to find one later.

Never have I been to a place where the fruits and veggies are sooo cheap. Im talking super cheap… 12 limes for $ 1, Pineapple $ 2, Grapefruit 4 for $ 1.25, Romaine Lettuce $ 2, 2lb onion 99 cent, Watermelon .25 per lb!!! The prices are insanely cheap and it taste good too for the most part. Not everything was good though, the oranges were soft and seemed rotten and a few other things buts thats to be expected at these prices. Just examine carefully and youll be fine. I spent $ 13 here(see pix) and at Pathmark it could have easily been over $ 30 bux. After just one trip I dont think Ill buy produce from anywhere else. The entire block where the store is located has a few other produce, fish, and meat markets but I havent checked those out yet.
