Just came here and was waiting behind a car in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes and asked the driver if he was being helped; he was not. He was told to «hold on». After 10 – 15 minutes and 4 other cars piling up behind us he was finally helped. And still after pulling up to the window we were waiting for another 5 minutes until someone took our order. When getting our food the girl at the window was cold and had an attitude, which was not appreciated. After spending $ 30 she almost forgot 2 items but she then remembered because we stayed at the window and checked our bags. Worst of all, she said that we weren’t able to get a receipt because apparently there was something wrong with the machine. Hopefully nothing extra gets charged to the card. No thank you, nothing. And when asked for barbecue for our 20 piece, she rudely slapped into my hand one packet. Awesome service.

This PLACE doesn’t HAVEKINKS, it has ABSOLUTELYNOCONCEPT of CUSTOMERSERVICE, and utter lack of interest in ACCURATELYFULFILLINGYOURORDER, if I could give 0 Stars as a RATING I would… Please note that the ORDER time was 22:52, and the time of this complaint is 23:25. Nov, 16th, 2015 Its a cold night, so I ordered a Sweet Iced Tea, BUT with minimal ice… While placing the ORDER at the DRIVETHRU I specifically told the MCD Employee that I wanted only about 3 – 4ICE Cubes in my LARGEICEDTEA, the drivethru MCD Employee then asked me «So, you want Light ICE?»… When I drove away from the window and started sipping the Iced TEA… after about 4 – 5 sips I noticed that the LARGE iced tea was mostly EMPTY… and when I opened the LID I found that my «3−4 ice cubes» were taking up MORETHANHALF of the LARGECUP. I took my receipt and the ICECUBES in the LARGECUP, walked into the«restaurant» and asked for a MANAGER or a Shift Supervisor. A young man in his twenties answered, I explained to him the problem, to which he insolently replied that HALF of the CUP of ICECUBES is in fact«LIGHTICE». I stated that I just wanted him to be aware of the problem, left the receipt and the Cup with ICE, and was half way out the DOOR, when He Demanded that I throw away MYTRASH… He BERATED me in front of other customers, then he Raised his voice and started menacingly pointing finger in my face, while accusing me of BEINGRUDEFORNOTTHROWINGOUTMYTRASH I confirmed that he was referring to his product and the evidence of the COMPLETELYWRONG interpretation of the concept of «LIGHTICE» Finally a MCD Manager ADMITTED that WHATTHEYSELL is in FACTGARBAGE/TRASH. The Same ARROGANT«MANAGER» proceeded to tell me that this Location is an Independent Franchise, and He is not required to identify himself… I asked for his name at-least three times — HEREFUSED, and his conduct had absolutely no interest in the concept«CUSTOMERSERVICE» The old adage stands — FISHROTSFROMTHEHEAD, he was very confident in his job security, and is likely somehow related to the owner. If the owner does not Terminate his arrogant«manager», I believe that this misconduct is just the beginning of problems from the same source. This«manager» is very ANGRY and is very likely to get VIOLENT with another dissatisfied CUSTOMER, I felt intimidated and UNSAFE, I cannot imagine what the other customers, were thinking, that watched this SCENE unfold. BERATINGCUSTOMERS for complaining that their orders are INCORRECTLYFILLED is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be following up with complaints to MCDCORP, and will ask that they review the Franchise status of this location, and how This MISCONDUCT may adversely impact on the Reputation of MCDCORP. I would be interested if the Franchise Contract contains any Management MISCONDUCT clauses. Unreal!!! I came here for just a coffee and a sandwich, I drove out with just a sandwich because the young girls handling the drive thru had idea wtf they were doing. I asked what flavor lattes do they have since I couldn’t find it on the screen and all the girl kept telling me was«do you want a coffee» I said screw it and NO I don’t want the coffee after repeating my question what flavor you had about 5 times. So when I go to pick up my food they gave me 4 large coffees and some other meals… UNREAL!

This place needs to work out the kinks. It’s a new location with what’s probably a green staff, but my fries were barely filled and the drive through lines are long. There a mix ups on the orders since there are two menu speakers stand on the line. I’m gonna keep going here since 24⁄7 drive thru, and I’m going easy on the rating since there new.
