I had the pleasure of reaching out to NextWave Web to print journals for my organization’s annual fundraiser.
I completed the quote form online, and I heard from Isa Suqi quickly. I did not even have to negotiate the price with him, because it was a lot better than I had estimated.
We had several changes throughout the process, including adding pages to the journal. Isa did not miss a beat and was able to accommodate everything we needed and still keep competitive pricing.
When a co-​worker and I went to look at the journal proof, we only had one slight change, and it was because one of their machines was down. Isa was very professional and was ok with making the change.
We picked up the journals, and everything looked great.
Their staff is friendly, and everyone I encountered had exceptional customer service.
I am planning to use NextWave again if at all possible, and I will recommend them to anyone I possibly can.
