Shadow helped me select the best drone for my 8yr old as I am new to this. They took the time to understand what exactly I, as a novice, was looking for then showed me the best options. When we broke the drone, I brought it in and they took time to fix it. I love Shadow’s service and highly recommend them.

Locally owned independent hobby shop. Specializing in RC, but also has a full range of other hobby related material. What they don’t have, they are happy to order. Very knowledgeable, very cooperative. A great resource.

I just got into the quadcopter hobby and have a ton of questions. This shop carries a quadcopter that is pretty hard to come by at the moment, so I called them up asking information about it. I’ve ended up calling many times with random questions and they never make me feel rushed. They take the time to sit on the phone with me and answer any questions I may have. They have done this for me multiple times before I even bought anything from them. I was a potential customer and they did right by me.
I ended up stopping by to see the shop last week. I was waiting for a new version of the quadcopter to release, but there were manufacturing delays. These guys are one of the few shops in America who are on the list to be getting them so that’s awesome and didn’t quite have them in stock yet. Still waiting on the manufacturer to get their act together and ship the revisioned product.
While I was there I had questions, and again they were most helpful. I was looking to buy some equipment in anticipation of the quad they actually told me since I was waiting on the quad to wait until the next week for the other equipment I wanted because they’d have better stuff on order that would be more within my price range. Excellent service.
As a complete new guy to this hobby it’s good to know that there’s a shop like this I can turn to. Forums/​internet can only do so much. It’s good to hear real world recommendations from people who know their stuff. Prices are comparable to online. No reason to go elsewhere.

Great shop!!! Large selection. Owner and staff are fantastic, they take the time to help you get what you need. There’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to find. Plus, All the benefits of ordering online, but you get the personal attention, their knowledge and also get to help out a LHS.

My go to spot. Nice knowledgeable people. Tons of stuff crammed into a tiny store. They usually have what I need or will order it for me. Good prices and only 3% tax.
