Sunrise Gentlemans Lounge

Would have had a better experience if itweren’t kicked out after being in for 5 min. Apparently, the minimum age to be in the go go bar is 21 and I asked a friend of mine beforehand if there were restrictions. He told me 18 and up, so I decided to go since he was going to move out of the country by the end of September. First of all, as I made it in, inside appeared to be a total sausage fest. Maybe it’s the fact that I don’t really go clubbing or have never went to a go go before. I went to the back and tried to call a friend of mine to see where was he at and here comes a bouncer out of nowhere from the back door, being told by the manager, «get rid of him. I want him out of here». When I heard that, my stomach turned cold and my heart was almost coming out of my throat, but to my luck, the bouncer went to another guy that appeared drunk and was complaining over one of the girls dropping his $ 5 drink. He gets kicked out and I went behind to try and see if I can locate one of my boys at the lounge. In the end, I find him outside with the primadonna making a show and we decided to go back in. The primadonna is right behind me and one of the security sees me and asks for ID. «Sorry you can’t be here. 21 and over» I complied and left but I wasn’t mad at the bouncer. As a matter a fact, I even got in a great conversation with the bouncer that kicked out the primadonna. He was cool. I was mad at the idiot that started a show over a $ 5 drink that got me kicked out as well because of his stupidity. Another note, I worked in St. Joseph’s, and knew some of the girls at the lounge and they always tell me to go one day and they would take me upstairs. I did see one of them and said hello, but she glanced and looked away. So when you are off and not working, you want to be kind and sweet to me, but when you are going to work and making $, you look at me like I am another piece of meat? No thanks but I was intending on having a good time, not paying $ 40 for some love time with girls that have been pounded and drilled plentiful of times.

The worst gogo bar in the state. Tremendous ripoff. Disrespectful racist management. Don’t go to sunrise unless you have no respect for yourself. It’s dangerous.

With out a doubt the hottest club in the Tri-​State Area. There was no cover charge. The girls were the hottest around. The staff was friendly and the drink specials were the best around! We’ll be going back soon!
