Had a visit from Garrett today, I received my email 2 days prior to today’s visit and a phone call with a reminder last night of our visit scheduled today.
Today was our first appointment with Garrett, nice to know when I look through the peek hole the Byrd vehicle is in front of my house and Garrett has his name and Byrd logo clearly labeled on his shirt. I let Garrett know of the couple items I thought needed attention, he let me know when he was done and closed the gates. I appreciate Byrd staff is considerate of my pets.

I was having a big party and wanted to get a one-​time pest service. Mr. Byrd came right over for the consultation and was able to spray right then. He suggested I schedule a follow-​up appointment to attack the newly hatched pests which I did. The guy (sorry I forgot his name) was on time, professional and pleasant to deal with. I never feel compelled to leave a review on any business I have used but I need to with Byrd Pest Management. We had an extreme odorous ant issue and after many spray sessions, different store bought ant traps and a few tears of frustration later, I finally called John. He came out, sprayed outside and since I had to leave, didn’t spray inside. The next day, I asked when I should start seeing a difference, he told me to call when I saw a trail inside and I did just that when I eventually found a trail. He said, ‘I’ll be there in five minutes.’ Just like that. Amazing business and he’s extremely friendly and professional, explaining to us (when asked of course) the different types of ants and why these ones act the way they do. No question– use Byrd Pest Control.

We used Byrd Pest Management a few months back and we have been extremely satisfied. John answered any and all questions we had. He was very professional and we got a really great deal, other pest control places wanted to charge us a lot extra just to do the outside of the house. John explained to us the type of bugs we were getting and why. I really like the fact that john himself was the one who came out. It’s good to see that he cares and treats his customers with respect. I called John for a pretty serious wasp problem. I showed him the 4 nests I had found, and in the course of inspecting my property he found 3 additional nests. He took care of the nests quickly and for what I considered a very reasonable price. I’m very happy with the service I received from John and will use him again for any other pest issues that arise.
