If can name it, Fat Belly’s can make it for you (within reason). They mostly specialize in Mexican food and sandwiches for the time being. But they have been known to whip a dessert or two if you ask nicely. They are a food truck though, so don’t expect them to be able to serve a group of ten or something!
Most recently, my husband and I had the Ruben and the Philly Cheese Steak. Yum, yum, yum is all I can say! If you have a craving and don’t want to head all the way in to Chino Valley, consider hitting up Fat Belly’s at the Pink Store.
