Called A&B to get an estimate on excavating and demolition. The gentleman came out to the house and looked things over. He said he would get back to me with a price. I have called them on several different occasions over the past 3 months and I have never received a phone call back. This is the owner, Charlie, that is lacking the effort to communicate. Our house is within 10 minutes of their location. I believe this is a very poor way to do business. I can’t believe we are not even worth a phone call back. I will happily pay a little more for someone who communicates properly. This is very frustrating.
