Floorz

Having previously used Floorz for design and tile choices of a bathroom renovation, I knew the design and tile choices of the bathrooms in my new house would be perfect and they were.
However, on having to make decisions on flooring for the rest of the new house, I was a little worried: there was so much of it. Willy was extremely helpful in aiding me in my wood floors choices and color decisions. He was right on with the kind of flooring and the color suggestions. Not only do my husband and I love it, but we have received many compliments.

I wished there was a tab that showed no stars, warning to all, I had the worst experience with this vendor/​contractor in my life, and I’ve dealt with many over the years. They gave me a price to replace kit and bath tile (floors and back splash) which was accepted. The owner of Floorz wife, who sees herself as the «project manager» developed the quote after measuring the work area and pricing all material. After she tore all the floors out she had the audacity to tell me there was an error in her measurements and she’d have to adjust her quote, she told me if I wanted I could pay her for the tier out and find someone else to finish! Real professional! Of course, now that the floor was tore out, dust all over the entire house due to nothing be covered effectively, I had no choice but to agree! then, she came back two more times to raise the price. As the job neared completion my wife and I looked forward to getting this unprofessional group of slackers out of our home. Just as we thought we were finished with them and after they received final payment, all the grout began to fail and had to be replaced at my cost by a competent organization. After posting this I intend on contacting the BBB and state of SC… then if they don’t refund the cost of the repairs, an attorney. Floorz is a nightmare waiting to happen!
