They have redone the Spin room and it is great. They have also added more classes. In addition they have added TRX and XFit classes. All the equipment is almost new. The Spin bikes are new. Spacious weight room with great equipment and well maintained. Very clean facility and serves the purpose. Love the sauna. Nice place to be a member. Great staff, can’t say enough about the staff of instructors.

Clean, large cardio room, huge weight room with new carpets. Daycare available, classes, and snack bar all on the first floor. Locker rooms are clean and not too crowded. Nice place for a workout.
