Aire Serv Of Central Rhode Island

We schedulled a repair assessment for today. There was never any follow up from Aire Serv regarding what time the technician would arrive. When we called to inquire as to when the repair would occur, we were told 3pm. No one showed up at the house, with no additional follow up from Aire Serv. At this point we have wasted the entire day… even Comcast technicians will eventually show up.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service !!! I had an appointment with them today. No one even called me and showed up!!! Then I called their regular number and emergency number, Of course, no one answered. Even though it says they work 7days 24 hours in Unilocal,that is not true at all. No idea what their real working hours are! Every time you call them, they will ask you first and last name, phone #, address all the time, no matter what question you ask and how many times you called. It seems they do not have any database to keep customer list at all, so they have to ask you all the information over and over again. Just so you guys know, they would charge u for $ 99 checking fee if you don’t want them to fix your AC after they come. I think I have to find another company who does actually know how to do the business. I am so so disappointed with this company in Unilocal

Scheduled a check up of the central air. A technician showed up in a GKT Refrigeration truck. Posts indicate that GKT owns Aire Serv so I didn’t see a problem. The technican did have an Aire Serv T-​shirt and after I showed him where everything was he started. He was polite and explained everything he was going to do. L was apprehensive not having someone I knew doing the work, but the techician was excellent. I wii go back with them if any issues appear, and would recommend their work.

I would easily give this company 10 stars if I could. Super fast service for my heating system, great rates on service plans. Very honest tech went above and beyond to fix a very small problem. Very very happy.
