Amy’s Restaurant and Lounge

Amy’s Restaurant and Lounge is wonderful! We just had their fabulous mazzah meal for four. It had so many courses that we seriously lost count. When we say the portions are generous — you really have NO idea just how generous until you go and see for yourself. Go with a group of four (or more!), a *lot* of time, and very empty stomachs.
We have always loved Amy’s kibbeh, which we got regularly when this restaurant was a small café connected with a grocery store. It’s still among our favorite items on the menu. The cheese and tomato salad was amazing as well (sorry that we forget what it’s called). The chicken kebab was succulent and very very good. So many things were delicious. The fatoush, the tabouli, the smokey baba ganoush, the garlicy hummus… the meat pie, the spinach pie… we are not even mentioning nearly all of the things that come with the Mazzah For Four… It is quite a thing to experience. You must try it.
In case this isn’t clear yet, Amy’s is a Lebanese restaurant. A really authentic, really delicious Lebanese restaurant with a very friendly owner and attentive waitstaff.
