I’m a long time repeat customer. They know their stuff and really care about their work. My Vespa LX150 doesn’t hit the road each year until Billy checks it out. Even after paying for pickup/​drop-​off service to Boston the price is right and the quality of work beats what I can get done at the local «vespa» shop.

This place is now called Black Grease Cycles. Easiest thing I can tell you is this place and the people are hands down best I have ever felt with. I was new to the area and took a chance on this place and it was the best decision I have made since coming to NE. They fixed my bike were very courteous and gave me some good advice for the winters up here. Never felt like I was being talked down to or not important even though I am a more casual rider then most. They listened to my issue checked out the bike and fixed it and the whole time kept me in the loop and were just great. If you go somewhere else then all I can say is you made a mistake.

I love riding a scooter, but I am not at all mechanically inclined. I rely on Rachel and Billy from A Girl and a Guy Cycles to keep my scooter up and running. They offer pickup and delivery service — which is perfect for me because I don’t have a van, truck, or other way to bring my bike to them for service. Their pricing is good, and I’ve always felt treated fairly by them. Whenever I bring my bike to them, I always feel I can trust them to do a thorough job without ripping me off or padding the bill.

Another one of RI’s best kept secrets! Awesome service, great people!!! They are a bit of a perfectionists but won’t take you to the cleaners, they really want to help you have your bike or scoot running 100% but won’t make you replace every part on the bike. If they tell you a part is bad you can pretty much bet that it is.
