Cheapest place I found to replace my front tires brand new. The service was amazing, and just the fact that they have a kid area for the kids is even better. I finally found a great place where I trust them to do what is done. Thank you

This place is the best! I left here today completely impressed by Dale and the Broadway team. I found these guys on Groupon and after hearing good things from the locals, I came to get my oil changed. Very reasonable price and quick. After the great service they provided, I decided to come right away when my check engine light came on and I started to feel vibrations on the highway. They fixed me up for a reasonable price and sent me on my way. A few months later a similar issue came up, Dale took quick look, used the parts we had saved from the last repair and had us on the road in 30 mins, all for free. My partner and I walked out BEAMING. What a great place! I never thought I would ever find a mechanic as honest and as trust worthy as these guys. No up-​selling, just honest, thorough work.

It’s not often you find a mechanic you can trust. I moved to RI a bit ago and was recommended Broadway Tire. I was very pleased with the service, the price, and how thoroughly they explain everything to you and lay it all out so you understand what needs to be done.
This is the place for me. I made the mistake of going to the crooks at Hamel’s Tire Center in Cumberland. Their prices were outrageous and they tried to pull a fast one on me. I immediately took my car back and went straight to Broadway Tire. As usual, the price was fair and honest.

These guys are great! I found them because of the Groupon they offered for an oil change. While they did that, I asked for a recommendation & estimate for a couple of new tires. They provided a very reasonable estimate, in writing, with no pressure to do it right now.
4 months later I called about getting the new tires, came in, and paid actually LESS that the original estimate! I was about to leave on a 2,000 mile road trip, and they let me know that my rear struts needed to be replaced, that they could do that, but it could wait until after my trip. Talk about non-​pressure sales! I did come back after my trip, and will continue to work with these guys. Even though it’s not terribly convenient to my home, and I can’t just drop the car off & come back later, it’s worth it. I trust them, and they have a comfortable waiting room in which to just hang out while waiting. Great experience!

I chose this place because of other Unilocalers reviews. The only drawback to this place is that they’re extremely busy on Saturdays, so don’t expect to get out of there quickly.
I came here to have my brake pads replaced due to squeaky brakes, but they came out and told me that my brakes were actually in great shape and just needed to be cleaned out and adjusted.
When I found out the news I was shocked and asked how much the cost would be. When I was told only $ 20 for labor I immediately said «please do it» and now the brakes sound great and stop a bit quicker than before.
What I learned here is that place is VERY trustworthy, I’d definitely come back here again and I’d also suggest the place to anyone in the Pawtucket and Attleboro areas.

My overall experience was a positive one. I took advantage of the groupon for a standard oil change for $ 16. I called in on a Monday to schedule an 8am appointment on the following Tuesday. I was told the oil change would talk between 30 – 45 minutes. It took 1 hour. I got there a few minutes before 8 and there were two people ahead of me, which is probably why it went over a little bit. Aside from the wait, everything else was great. No hard push or selling, which I liked. The groupon only covers the oil change. I paid about $ 2 for tax.

Very quickly… Had to being my car in for an oil change and dropepd the car off on Friday night. I had been emailing with Gary and Gary reposnds very quickly and is very knowledgable and fair. Instructed him that First Hyundai in Attleboro had suggested I replace my battery and transmission fluids. Aske them tocheck these for me while they did the oil change. Dale (Gary’s partner) called me and told me the battery is FINE and so are my fluids. So, they just reiterated what everyone already knows, dealerships are out to screw you as much as the ycan. Dale and Gary are very honest, do quality work and I can nor recommend them enough. If you need car work done, even if it is manufacturers check ups, they can do, at a good price with honesty…

They don’t seem to like to smile but that’s okay because they get the job done! You can’t beat the price and speedy service. Also if you’re inexperienced in all that car stuff they’ll break it down for you in language you can understand. Moved out of Pawtucket, but I still take my business back there.

My hubby’s ’98 Jeep Cherokee is on her last legs. And that’s an understatement. Broadway Tire has gotten the old girl back on the road three times in the past 6 months, without breaking the bank.
So the shop lobby isn’t anything fancy, but these guys aren’t the stereotypical rip-​off artist mechanics. Reasonable prices and honest service make parting ways with money we rather spend elsewhere a bit more palatable. Worth the trip to the Bucket for you PVD peeps.

I got new tires here for my 07 Hyundai Elantra and they did a great job. She drives so smoothly now. Gary knows his stuff and is passionate about educating folks on tires, which I really appreciate.
It was also a good deal to get 4 quality tires for under $ 400. I called around and while there were some cheaper options I didn’t like what I found out about the tires they were using. Plus they’ll align and rotate them for free if I bring my car to them for oil changes. They’re very reasonable and right around the corner so why wouldn’t I?

I dont know where to start from, They are super rude, i need what i need dont FORCE the cutsomers to buy a new tire.
I called in asked them if they have any used tire for my car, the guy said we do have one used tire for $ 30 and than he starts giving me lecture not to buy a used tire and gives me a estimate on new tire. I came in on Monday he did not greet or anything i asked him for the used tire he told me he goes i have to CHECK if i have the tire when on the phone he told me has it and than he goes why would you even buy a used tire and its gonna be 50 something with installation. Like are you kidding me couldnt tell me on the phone. than i asked him how long its gna take and he says rudely its gonna be a while leave your rim here. After that i just left and than he calls me from private number saying you could have been out by 45mins to an hour and than i hung up, he calls again telling me this and that. Point being doesnt matter how good your tires are if you gonna tell me something on phone and something else on face on top of it be rude. NO THANKS

Wanted to get my tire replaced here for my AWD rental. Called and spoke with a woman who treated me as if I were 10 years old. She told me she needed to see the car before telling me whether or not they had a tire for me (even though they had several my size).
I get you need to match the tire tread on an awd car and all of the other tires were an ⁸⁄₃₂ but I told her I just needed a tire for less than 24 hours. Her response? «Nobody is going to sell you a tire.»
Well, here I am leaving RI Used Tire with a nice one for $ 35. Next time, don’t try the hard sell.

The salesman is extremely helpful and they stayed late to change my tires, they’re quality and I got them at a great price. He gave me a free rotation and free mechanical advice. A+

I am a new customer at Broadway Tire and I am impressed by the service I received and attention to detail. Their prices for new tires is better than anyone else. They also give Brown University employees a discount!

Went in early this afternoon looking to get a state inspection for my car. First thing the guy said to me «You know an inspection takes 3 – 4 hours right?» Very RUDE to me. Will not be going back there! That is not how you treat people. Why 3 – 4 hours?
By the way, that is only the beginning of it, not going to get into the rest of what happened.
Took my car somewhere else and got my inspection in an hour.
